  1. Lizzy smiles and then after saying their good byes Lizzy heads over to the Duke farm. She finds Bo sitting at the picnic table carving a stick. Lizzy sits down across from him and watches him for a moment. "Bo we really need to talk." Lizzy says. "About what?" Bo asks putting down the stick and his knife. "I know what Daisy says and thinks about you but I guess I have a couple of doubts that I need to discuss with you." Lizzy says.
  2. "Love ya too." Lizzy answers falling asleep on her back. Soon they are woken by Tessa's cry.
  3. Lizzy smiles and kisses his cheek. "Good now sleep my handsome man. Tessa will be crying in a few hours and it'll be your turn to get her." Lizzy says.
  4. "As long as he doesn't hate me for leaving him or think it's a stupid thing to do because it's gonna be right after I give birth." Lizzy sighs. "But then again what say does he have in my life anymore. He got me pregnant and he left me. And now he's trying to be nice about it but...I don't know I guess I just get the feeling that he feels trapped that I did this to him." Lizzy says.
  5. "You remember that photographer from the pageant?" Lizzy asks. "He sent me a letter in the mail. He wants me to shoot a layout for one of the top woman's magazine in the country. The only problem is, it's a month after I give birth and he says it has to be shot in Macon. That's a hour south of here. I'm not sure I'll be ok with it but I want to do it."
  6. Bo flipped off the TV then picked Lizzy up taking her back down the hallway to their bedroom. "Are you sure?" Bo asked gently. "Of course I am." Lizzy answers pulling him to her. "Are you worried?" Bo asks sometime later. "About what?" Lizzy asks. "The baby and where we go from here." Bo says. "No. Because I will always have you." Lizzy says.
  7. "I know I'm just not good at waiting." Lizzy says. "Oh I have something major to tell you and you can't tell anyone."
  8. "You're more of a Clint Eastwood kinda gal." Bo says. "It wasn't the movie I wanted." Lizzy says. Bo looks at her a bit confused. "It was the noise factor." Lizzy mutters kissing Bo's cheek and then neck. "Are you sure it won't hurt the baby?" Bo asks. "Doctor said as long as I'm comfortable with it." Lizzy grins.
  9. Lizzy nods but clutches her stomach. "What's wrong?" Bo asks. "I'm not sure it's all about us." Lizzy says. "Why not?" Bo asks. "Your little girl." Lizzy sighs pressing a hand against her stomach. Bo places his hand over hers. "Hey there buddy, why don't you let your Mama rest. Please." Bo says. The baby and Lizzy's stomach settle as Lizzy rubs her hand over it. Bo keeps his hand entwined with Lizzy's as they both rub the baby gently. "You think it's gonna be a boy?" Lizzy asks. "After three girls, I think so." Bo answers. Lizzy picks up the remote to the TV and flips it on finding an old western. "You hate this movie." Bo says seeing which one it was. "Maybe." Lizzy smirks looking at him. Bo grins and pulls Lizzy's face down and kissing her softly.
  10. "True didn't your uncle have like six brothers?" Lizzy says. "But who knows maybe your luck will change."
  11. "I know and I'm thankful for that. I don't think I could do this without you." Lizzy says as the phone rings. "Bo Duke." Bo answers picking up the phone. "Oh hey...yeah...hmmm...oh really....that's interesting. I'll get back to you on that I've got to think it over and talk it over with my wife but I'll let you know." Bo says. "Thank you...you too...bye." Bo hangs up the phone and looks at Lizzy. "What was that?" "My agent...he's got an offer and I'm not sure I can take it right now." Bo says. "So you're gonna think about it?" "For a little while then I'm gonna talk it over with you and then get back to him." Bo says. "Alright." Lizzy says.
  12. "I say it'll be a boy. With the Davenport luck it will be. There hasn't been a girl Davenport aside from me and my sister in 5 generations I believe. Any way. We'll wait and see." Lizzy says.
  13. Belle manages to keep down at least half the soup and soda so Lizzy gives her the medicine and then tucks her into bed. She and Bo leave the room and walk back to the living room to watch over the other two. "I can't tell you how much it means to me that you're here helping me out." Lizzy says.
  14. "The same goes for me Daisy. Just let me know when you think you're going in to labor I'll be here for you." Lizzy says.
  15. "No I think I got this one." Lizzy says pouring the soup into a bowl and grabbing the medicine. "On second thought grab that can of 7 up and a straw." Lizzy says.
  16. "Hey I know how you feel." Lizzy smiles. "We're both so close that we're entitled to some worrying."
  17. Lizzy nods and buries her face against his chest. "Are you alright?" Bo asks softly. "Yeah I'm fine." Lizzy says after a few moments. "I better get this soup to Belle and get her her medicine."
  18. Lizzy checks in on Sara who is playing in her playpen in the living room and Tessa who is just waking up from her nap. "Hey baby." Lizzy scoops her up and changes her diaper before taking her to living room and putting her in the playpen as well. Then she goes back to the kitchen. "Hey handsome." Lizzy says wrapping her arms around him from behind. "Hey." Bo answers.

  21. The days and weeks passed and it was getting closer to the due date for both girls. Lizzy was visiting Luke and talking about everything under the sun when another car pulled up. Lizzy looks out to see a Black mustang sitting behind her car. "Wonder who that could be." Lizzy says. Luke shrugs but follows Lizzy over to the car. "Howdy there, how can we help you?" Luke asks. "I was hoping you could tell me where I could find Luke Duke." The redhead woman says stepping out of the car in tight fitting jeans and a light tank top. "I'm Luke, what can I do for you?" Luke asks. "Name's Carlene. I was hoping we could talk." She says. "Carlene. My time's been good to you." Luke says. "Thanks. Who's your friend?" She asks spotting Lizzy but not seeing a wedding band on her finger. "This is my best friend Lizzy Davenport." "This isn't his kid." Lizzy says. "Oh?" "It's his cousin's." "Ah I see." Carlene says. "I'll leave you two to it. I've got to go see Daisy anyway." Lizzy says smiling then leaving.
