L: *bites his lip before saying* Birthdays ain't always joyous events, are they? *asks softly*

*jumps and looks up, coming face to face with Luke who he hadn't seen as he had been so lost in thought*

L:"Ya don't cry on yer birthday unless ya got a good reason..."

"S'good thing I ain't cryin' then cause I ain't got reason ta. Now, you wann go fishin' seein' as Uncle Jesse's given us the day off?"

L: You're a lot of things Bo, but a liar aint one of them...

"Ok...great....now you wanna go fishin' or not?"

*steps past him, going to the place where their fishing gear was kept*

L: *sighs before nodding getting his gear*

*grabs up his pole and the bait, pulling the General's keys from his pocket and sliding his pole and the box into the back*

L: *grabs his pole too but stays quiet*

*slides into the driver's seat of the General, starting him up*

L: *gets in beside him quietly bothered by Bo's responses and how he wasn't being real with him*

*puts the General into gear as Luke gets in and heads out the farm, pressing the horn as a goodbye to Jesse before speeding off down the dusty back roads, leaning his arm on the window frame and driving one handed as he enjoyed the sunlight that warmed him and the wind that whipped through his blonde hair at the same time. Nothing made him feel more at peace with the world than when he was enjoying himself behind the wheel of a race car*

(Rosco and Enos, feel free to come in and start up a chase at any time.)

L: *sits back too; though normally he enjoyed the ride as much as Bo, today his thoughts were on his cousin, and the pleasure of the ride was diminished greatly*

Enos *looks at the General Lee racing and shakes his head, then he turns on his patrol car's siren and begins to chase his friends*

*looks back as he hears sirens, grinning*

Aww its Enos come t'give me a Happy Birthday chase...least it ain't Rosco...anyway, hang on cousin

*as usual speeds up and darts off round the corners with skill*

*hangs on too used to the familiar chases to be much worried by it*

*smiling*

Hey boys, why are you always so in a hurry?

*smiles and picks up the CB

"Well ya see Enos if we hung round drivin' like you, we'd miss all the fish fore they hunker down fer the night..."

*says with a chuckle*

* laughs*

Are you sure Bo? Do you want to fish? Well, me too I'm going to fish

*laughs again*

Bo sighed and shook his head, still grinning

"Enos please say ya ain't been takin' Rosco pills again.."

*mumbling*

Rosco's pills?

*shakes his head*

Are you teasing me, Bo? Do you know I don't drink nor take pills?

*shakes his head a little*

*keeps on chasing the Dukes, enjoying the race and singing softly a tune*
