"She's holdin her own I suppose," said Luke sitting down heavily.

Bo frowned a little, regarding his cousin a little. He seemed very defeated now...like he did when one of his plans didn't quite work out as he had wanted.

"What happened..."

"I dont know how to fix this Bo..." answered Luke with a sigh.

Bo swallowed and sat down next to him.

"She ain't gonna come with ya is she?"

"Her mom told her if she told anyone...she'd tell her secret."

Bo frowned

"Well why is that such a problem...ain't like anyone can tell if she can or not...and besides who's gonna believe that without proof? If Jamie doesn't use her powers around those people they ain't gonna believe her mother...they'll think its just an excuse to get her off the child abuse charge..."

Luke nodded a little. "Main thin is to get her somewhere safe...whether it's with us or not."

Bo bit his bottom lip and shook his head.

"You know Luke...I recon we need the expert in for this one..."

"Uncle Jesse?"

"No one better..."

Bo said, before frowning

"Come to think o'it we ain't even told him we're safe yet..."

"I thought you woulda called him...Lord we might not be safe by the time he gets through with us..."

Bo sighed and shook his head

"I ain't had time to call him...I got here, got checked out, spoke with you, spoke with the police, spoke with you again, spoke to a nurse then here I am speaking with you again..."

Bo frowned and looked to the floor

"Did that make sense?"

Luke nodded. "I followed every word...amazingly enough."

Bo chuckled, shaking his head

"At least you did...I done confused myself..."

Luke chuckled softly. "Come on we best call him." He then stood heading for the payphone.

Bo nodded and rose, following him to the pay phone and leaning on the wall as he dug out some change to use.

Luke shook his head. "I got it." He put the change in and dialed the farm."

Bo sighed and put the change back, folding his arms as he watched Luke on the phone.

After a few rings, the phone was picked up.

"Duke Farm, Jesse Duke speakin'..."

"Uncle Jesse..." he begun..."before you say it...yes I know we had ya worried to death...an' wer're sorry..."

Jessie sighed with relief as he heard Luke, shaking his head although Luke couldn't see.

"S'alright Luke...we know what happened...had a state policeman round here fillin' us in...me an' Daisy was gonna come over to the hospital in a few minutes..."

"Good...cuz we need some help..."

Jesse frowned a little.

"What kinda help?"

"Back porch legal help," answered Luke looking at Bo.

Jesse sighed and nodded

"I'll be right there...anyone you want me to bring?"

"No...no I don't think so."
