How many trucks did Uncle Jesse have?

Featured Replies

On High Octane, I see a Ford flareside-don't know what year. In some episodes I saw a 1/2 ton, then a few minutes later a 3/4 ton. In most episodes he has a 73-75 Ford, but in Trouble at Cooter's he had a 76-77 for a couple of scenes. Why was this done? Is it because they thought no one would notice? Or was it done to make the show goofier, therefore adding to the comedy?

Another example of this is in High Octane the lady revenue agent has a Ford Granada with round headlights. Next scene she's driving a newer Granada with sqaure headlights.

They probably didn't think anybody would notice, remember back then you saw the show aired ONCE not several times of reviewing with DVD to pick up this stuff.

My favorite thing was when they show a scene where somebody is driving down the road and they show the "in cab" shot and you can clearly see the car/truck is in park...:-?

The worst one was when they would switch which of the cousins was driving from shot to shot. They didn't always have such inconsistancies, but when they did it really stood out.

Yeah, I noticed this, too!

In some of the early episodes General Lee's windows were up at one second and down the next, and for some reason at the end of "Daisy's Song" the General is all beat up in the front and one of the headlight covers is up and the other is down. But it wasn't like that in previous scenes from that same episode. Weird.
