joshkeith1090 Posted Wednesday at 02:43 AM Posted Wednesday at 02:43 AM random thought... does anybody know if any of the episodes aired on any ot the cast members birthdays? or possibly they "worked" on their birthday. Hobie Hartkins, RogerDuke and Skipper Duke 3 Quote
RogerDuke Posted Wednesday at 08:04 PM Posted Wednesday at 08:04 PM That is a good question. I'd never thought about it. Only a big time Dukes fan would wonder something like that! Hobie Hartkins and Skipper Duke 2 Quote
HossC Posted Wednesday at 08:29 PM Posted Wednesday at 08:29 PM I'll start you off: 'Double Sting' originally aired on 11 May, 1979, which was Denver Pyle's 59th birthday. RogerDuke and Skipper Duke 1 1 Quote

That means he was the same age as my grandmother was! ( b. 1920 d. 1982) Skipper Duke and RogerDuke 1 1 Quote
HossC Posted Saturday at 08:16 PM Posted Saturday at 08:16 PM The only other one I've found is 'The Haunting of J.D. Hogg' from season 7. It originally aired on 4 January, 1985, which was Sorrell Booke's 55th birthday. With the exception of the first season which was a mid-season replacement, Dukes generally aired between mid-September and mid-March. Weirdly, most of the lead actors had birthdays in spring and summer. I only looked up the main actors, so it's possible that some of the guest stars' episodes aired on their birthdays.
