From what I've heard they(powers that be) have high expectations for this movie. Still, its a little odd that we are into April, and have yet to see offical pics, trailer, poster..or something. Are we all jumping the gun or should we be worried?

I heard June 24th many times. I think Jessica Simpson might have muttered July 7th in her interview with Leno, but then again she is a ditz, I'm shocked she even remembers her name so I'll wait to hear it from someone else. I heard the Aug date as well, but I think that is overseas. Of course, I could be wrong about all this. In truth, I dont think we really know. But I hope its in June.

That was Enos. There was a going away party at the Dukes farm, but then later Daisy drove Enos to the airport in the Gen. Lee. I believe she kissed his lips, but he didnt do anything and just stood there. Daisy: Oh Enos, I hate long good-byes dont you? Enos: I dunno Daisy, I never been anywhere before? She kisses him(believe this is the order of how it goes) and he says bye. It could have been really mushy but alas

I dont think they are suppose to have facial hair because it can be grabbed or something. Just like women officers have to have their hair pulled back or cut short. But when I looked at the pics I think I found the enos one and he had a brown shirt...in the show they were blue. Eh I dunno.

Yeah, Southernpride has a point. Thats what gets me. I mean for all the big summer movies we've seen SOMETHING. And as Jessica Simpson said "they have high expectations" for thismovie. She was even talkin "sequel" on Leno. Well, if thats the case and they have such confidence in this movie lets see something. I just dont get it.

Ok, now that all this has come out. I have a question....... Is what he read the final script? Cause to my knowledge they often change things even while filming so these sexual situations he is talking about might have been in the first draft but they could have changed them.

Personally, I loved Starsky and Hutch. I thought it was very funny. And from what we heard they arent mocking the DOH. In addition to that there have been a ton of movies based off of tv shows that have been decent, if not good.

If it was me I'd just buy a charger and get it painted. I dont trust cars on ebay. They always seem sketchy to me. And hopefully, buy this time next year I'll have my charger. 8)

Personally, I dont really care if its family friendly or not. I dont want a lot of dog eating crap scenes however, or a lot of fart jokes, but if it wants to be a little more "adult" then I'm OK with that. BUt I can understand why some would be turned off by it

To my knowledge they aren't. Well, not the old shows anyway. ER is shot in widescreen format. But that's something new. I have seen someone take a show and convert it to widescreen format but really its pointless because unlike movies what you see is what you get on the small screen.

The original wasn't supposed to be family friendly it just sorta turned out that way. Personally, I'm waiting to see a trailor or somethig first. Still not thrilled about jessica as Daisy though. Yeah I saw that as well. I was hopin to get some info on the movie but she got sidetracked a lot. But the one thing I did hear was "high expectations" and "sequel." Only time will tell.

I found this interesting... Q: Are you and Enos going to hook-up in this movie? SIMPSON: Me and Enos... I definitely tease on Enos a little bit. That's kind of how I get out of a lot of situations and my cousins out of situations. Q: Isn't that cruel to Enos? SIMPSON: Is it cruel? No, because she really does love him and has a place for him in her heart. Q: But she doesn't love him love him. SIMPSON: I don't know. You never know. Maybe in the sequel. When it was first written they had Enos and Daisy, but I haven't read that in the new script, so... Overall it wasnt bad. I remember him in walkign tall but havent seen the other movies you spoke of. In that one he was a dumbass then too, so I dunno how far it was off from who he is. There were a couple serious moments but mostly it was him being crazy. Eh, who knows, only time will tell.
