"What trash?" A voice called to Chet. It was not Garrett and Ethan who appeared but Daney. (cue anyone)

Daney’s jaw dropped slightly at Garrett replying in front of the unknown man. The black haired stranger appeared amused. Was he changing his mind about what he had come for? The man glanced from the blond male to the satin sleeveless unitard (neck to ankle leotard) attired brunette female. The dark material matched the green of hazel eyes that stared at him. “Alright,†Daney acknowledged Garrett. Her jazz shoes making no noise, as she went toward the stairway. “It was nice meetin’ you…†She paused and waited to see if the dark haired man would offer his name. It wasn’t given by the time Daney made it to the first step. “Take care, primo.†She spoke quietly. She glanced over her shoulder and slowly crept up the stairs. Stopping when she couldn’t see the downstairs area, but might possibly be able to hear snippets of the conversation between Garrett and the man. (cue Kristy)

DOH "Return Of The General Lee" game review
DaneyDuke replied to DaneyDuke's topic in Dukes of Hazzard News
You're welcome. =) And yes the flag where is it belongs, on the General's roof. -
A camera lens slid close. “This is gonna make some interestin’ pictures for their family scrapbook.†A brunette mused from behind Boss’s office door that was partly ajar. In their fighting, both Chet and Garrett had not observed her watching them. She didn’t know the young man who had spoke to the red haired woman. The temptation to slap Chet with his hat brought a smile to her lips. She tiptoed to the desk where a backpack sat open. Chatter from below, Rosco’s office and the main booking area covered the noise made in gathering items. She moved slowly to the other side of the room. Maybe this was one adventure she could duck out of before someone exclaimed “Flapjacks on a ferris wheel†She wrinkled her nose, not wanting to speculate anymore on Chet’s latest choices. The detective focused on successfully climbing out the window then thinking about Chet’s behavior. Casually, she went over to the small opening that allowed sunlight into the jail cells. She crouched down in the wet grass. Hazel eyes widened in surprise. (cue anyone!)

I recommend folks rent the new video game before purchasing. It has excellent graphics!!! Original cast voices is a plus. Some of the adventures are not too bad... it seems to be more for an adult audience than kids. At least one level of free roam and multi player, open for folks who don’t want to do the missions would have been nice. There is a "Dixie" horn control button and one for yeehaa. The instruction booklet was disappointing, for the fact that it doesn’t give a listing of the one player mode missions. Both playstation 1 DOH games had an “episode†guide. Unlike other games where the map is in the corner, you have to press start to pause the game and view. OR select button will get you a transparent over the area you are driving in game map. No "health" bar to let you know how damaged the vehicle is. And it varies from scene to scene, just how much it takes to wreck the General, patrol car, etc. The car can slide or spin way too easily. Only three save spots, you can't put your name, it's just file: A, B, C. It doesn't take you back to the exact point you left off, you restart from the beginning of that entire mission. It would have been nice to pick from amatuer, immediate, and professional playing levels. Instead it's the same for everyone. Features I would’ve liked, other folks might not have. I do want to thank the makers of “Return Of The General Leeâ€, for at least takin' a chance on this game.

Daney watched a lanky frame emerge from the car that pulled to a stop next to the telephone booth by the pole. There was enough light to see the thirty something’s brown shoulder length, straight hair touching the navy blue sports jacket that covered his upper torso. The suit jacket complimented the dark blue jeans that clung to his long legs. The attire made it so she couldn't see any tattoos, scars etc. A pair of hiking boots stirred dust around, rocks scattered with each step around the vehicle. He turned enough she could see his face was unmarked and clean shaven. (Anderson’s author) Then he turned away again to face the phone booth as his right hand wandered to the front pocket of his jeans and his left hand picked up the reciver. He rested the phone on his shoulder bending his head to that side to hold it while he placed the change in the squarish looking phone. He dialed, punching in the numbers in flutration and fatigue. The last couple of days had been a trip to hell and back an the next few weren't looking anymore promising then the previous. Andreson listened an waited alittle less then patiently. (cue Brian)

Daney walked into the Sheriff's Office and kicked one of the men in the back. Then she recached for his weapon. "Let them go..." (Cue Alex)
-
"Possibly in the woods with some blonde philly," Bo stated matter of factly. He looked respectfully at MaryAnne and Rosco. (cue MaryAnne)
-
“Hey Deputy,†Daney replied soberly. “I’m pullin’ along side that store with gas pumps on the building’s left side, roadside pay phone across from entrance, exit door.†The establishment was open almost twenty four hours. Hunter maneuvered around to the right side of the building, facing the road. “Can you please tell Rosco that the vehicle was a dark blue Z 28,†She paused. Hazel eyes observed a vehicle turning onto the driveway, inching toward the telephone booth. “Similar to the one that’s here now…†(cue MaryAnne)

Daney grabbed her backpack quickly, heart pounding faster than the thumps on the staircase. She saw Garrett’s reaction. She half smiled, positive that the Sheriff’s Office hadn’t been updated with the latest surveillance equipment. Thankful for his concern. An idea came to her quickly incase it was Rosco or Enos. “Well, the train to Grinder’s Switch is running right on time…†She sang hinted where someone would be waiting if Garrett did escape. The crossing was about a mile from the town square. The average size suited figure at the chain link barrier that separated the room from the stairwell clapped their hands. “Nice, you have a routine to that?†A raspy voice inquired. Daney nodded. She didn’t recognize the person at all. She figured he was someone who had business with Boss Hogg. Hazel eyed attention darted to Garrett to see if he knew who this person was. “The county commissioner’s room is upstairs.†She said matter of factly. (cue Garrett)

Back in town… Bo and Luke ran into Cooter after dropping the clothes for Chet off. “Recieved an interesting communication," The town blacksmith told the Duke men. “What’s the message?†Luke inquired. “The blackbird lives to fly another day.†Cooter smiled. “Min and Daisy are alright, they’re with blonde friend who likes takin’ a chance.†Bo nodded. “Much obliged,†Luke paused. “Did she say where they were?†“Nope, and I got to get back to the shop, good day fellas.†Cooter tipped his hat, opened the door and hurried into the building. The boys shouted. “Take care,†the door banged closed. They glanced to the night sky turning to daylight. “We better go tell Boss that Min is sick or somethin’, so she don’t get in trouble with him.†Bo said. “You’re right.†Luke agreed. They took off to find Min’s employer. (cue MaryAnne, Rosco, Val, Garrett... anyone!)

"You're welcome." Daney slid the small plastic case between two of the bars. She zipped the backpack closed with her right hand, held one strap between her palm and fingers. It was slung over her shoulder, then she stood up. "Inside is somethin' that should work to jimmy the lock open." She stared at Garrett. He would rather be the only one to get in trouble, then risk something harming people he cared about. Especially Kristy. "If all goes well, you'll be outta here by nightfall." She paused. "And please don't be so hard on Rosco, you know he really can't help some of the things he has to do..." She noticed Garret's eyebrows raise. Sometimes that happened where everyone had their own opinion of the same person. It all depended on their experience. Inspite of Rosco or anyone else coming down the stairs, she waited to see what Garret had to say. If he wanted to meet somewhere or something. (cue Garrett)
-
“Garrett,†Daney smiled at her blonde cousin. The other two had gone to the register’s office, then the Sheriff had been called down there. She didn’t think Rosco would have a problem with her being down in cell area. He had been pleasant in the hallway, something about going to an afternoon police seminar in the city. “I have to admit, I thought about bustin’ you outta here. The problem with that is, if any more robberies happen,†She stared respectfully at him. “It could land you in more trouble,†She said gently and placed her back pack on the floor, then started to unzip it. “So it’s up to you…I can get you out or,†Her left hand pulled out a small case. “Leave you something so you can escape later if you don’t want to now.†Her eyebrows arched, noticing the expression on Garret’s face. She wasn’t sure what his decision he made by the way his fingers gripped the metal bars. He didn’t seem as tense, but some folks were good at hiding their emotion. “It’s your choice…â€
-
“Yep,†Luke agreed and smiled at Garrett. “Take it easy.†Rosco had asked that a change of clothes be brought for Chet. The boys were going to the farm to get them. It would probably be sunlight before they got back in town. Which was fine, they were not worried about Chet trying to escape. The doctor had said it would be at least two weeks before he could sit up or move around. And that was if the wound didn’t get infected. Rosco had posted two guards who normally worked at the saloon as bouncers to watch over the young man. Chet’s threats had been chalked up to high fever. The room only had the basic necessities. Stopping at Cooter’s blacksmith shop, they along with Daisy observed a law officer leading four horses, one with a blond rider. About that same moment in the woods... Daney saw Min. (cue anyone. )
-
Bo and Luke were headed to the Sheriff’s Office to see Rosco when they saw a familiar blond man. “Garrett!!!†The Duke men yelled in unison. They waved to him. (Cue Garrett, please and thank you.)

Havin' seen Burt in alot of different roles over the years, it'd take some gettin' use to him being Boss in the movie. But kewl at the same time. He was actually my choice for Balladeer or Jesse. I can see the one guy playing Luke, but the choice for Bo... I speculate that the two were chosen for the same reason as the fellas who were picked to protray Starsky and Hutch in the big screen verison, that is to get more people in the theatre regards if they are a DOH fan or not.

Daney sat in the studio alcove. She turned up the volume on the tape player that was clipped to her belt. The headset wire tangled in a small heap under the paper on her lap. Daisy’s choreography for tonight’s dance class. All she had to do was time the dance moves to a song. Then so long as a client didn't call, she was free until later. Daney stood up with the yellow paper in her right hand. She decided if the middle section worked, then the rest of it would too. Ball change, catch step, snap and jazz square, hitch kick, chenes turn, release. Syncopation matched. The song reminded her of Garrett. He had a gruff exterior at times but he was pretty special like his sister Kristy. The studio door burst open. P.M. ran into the room. “Looks good, but it ain’t gonna help Garrett.†Daney took the headphones off and laid them on the alcove bench. She glanced over her left shoulder. “What are you talkin’ about?†“Your cousin got arrested. Rosco’s holding him in the jail.†P.M. told the older woman. “Explain it on the way.†Daney spun around, unconcerned with appearance. She stepped over to the desk and left the paper, grabbed her backpack. She followed the young law student out of the room, down the stairs and outside. “Maybe you should’ve changed…†P.M. teased. She led the way out of the alley, then a shortcut over to the Sheriff’s Office. Heidi was leaned against one of the pillars in front of the building. “Find anythin’ out?†P.M. shouted. Heidi shook her head. “No, but you yell like that again and it just might get Rosco outta the department.†“Look, I only came because I gotta pick up a paper from the register’s office.†P.M. glanced from Heidi to Daney. “Maybe Emery won’t be able to find it and Rosco will have to help him.†Daney suggested. “Works for me.†Heidi smiled. She then held the door open for the other two. The three walked down the hall and toward the register’s office. (Cue Kristy. )

Miss Lulu was still going on about saving her sweet apple dumpling when the ambluance arrived. The vehicle stopped and the passenger side paramedic yelled. "Someone call for help?" (cue anyone)

(Pendragon, I should have cued you as well.)

“Don’t be a- †Anderson’s remark was cut short. He glanced to Fargo. “You want me to make the call?†He inquired before his partner spoke. “Now how you gonna do that without a telephone?†Fargo demanded. His neck and stomach ached from the shiv wounds. But he wasn’t about to let his hostage or partner take notice of it. “I think you can handle,†Anderson looked at Brian. “him.†“Get going,†Fargo walked toward the door and opened it. “And get right back here.†He said as Anderson passed him and strolled out. Before closing the door, he heard the Z 28’s engine spring to life. Anderson carefully maneuvered the late sixty model Chevy from around the building. The dark blue vehicle sped onto the dirt road. The driver with only one thought on his mind. Inside the warehouse, it was just Brian and Fargo. At the Duke farm, Daney had switched vehicles. Heading toward town, she picked Hunter's cb mic. "MaryAnne, are you out there on the Hazzardnet? Please come back..." (MaryAnne)

Daney crept up to the window about the same time that Examiner followed Gambit and Damascus away. She shrugged and looked in the window to see a blonde woman and dark haired injured man. Daney untangled herself from the brush. She listened for more sounds that some one else was in the vicinity. If Rosco had followed the blond fella after attending to Chet, that left Enos or another deputy... She stepped quietly over to where the Mustang and Perchron had been. She stooped down and her right hand slid along keratin substance. Hesitantly her other hand went down, very carefully and lifted a Pigmy rattlesnake. The Sistrurus miliarius buzz’s was faint, it’s small size offered the dull gray reptile to go undetected most of the time. Having not been next to Gambit and Damascus, she couldn’t be sure if both had been spooked or one had reacted to the other’s activity. It was also possible that mosquitoes had bothered one of the horses. Woods were full of different creatures. She walked about twenty feet from the enchanted cabin. At the base of a pine tree, she laid the snake. She peeked over her shoulder, hoping Min’s friend was able to aid the gentleman. She blinked in surprise at the horses’ return. Two on the cabin’s right side, one on the left… guard type positions. The three were not protected from the miscellaneous flying insects and crawling critters like Chance, Brian or herself. (cue anyone)

Bo and Luke had been hunting in the woods when they noticed the curvy blonde that Cletus had told them about. The dark haired man seemed familar. And with that in mind, they hurried away to find Cooter and MaryAnne. Daney at first thought the trail had been lost because Examiner had been spooked by the handkerchief’s odor. And she hadn’t been sure where they were going to end up since the bandana could’ve been someone else’s. A distinct red pattern on the ground had been difficult but not impossible for a trained individual to follow. She really wasn’t sure who or what she would find. She slid off Examiner’s back, hazel eyes on a cabin and two horses. (cue Garrett, Kristy, Val or anyone)

Where was the Dukes of Hazzard shot?
DaneyDuke replied to richiep's topic in Dukes of Hazzard General Discussion
You're welcome, Darrell and thank you for postin' that other site. It has some good pictures. Rich, welcome to Hazzardnet. Hey Bri, you ever thought of writin' a book? The information you posted would make a nice section in the FAQs here. Daney -
Luke’s light blue eyes darted to the brown sign outside the county building. The name ATELL intrigued the dark haired Duke man’s attention. “Hey Bo, I think we got another option.†“What’s that, cousin?†Bo asked. “Ask Miss Lynch to come over and flirt with Rosco the way Miss Tisdale does with Uncle Jesse.†He snorted. “Not a bad idea,†Luke paused. “But lets try somethin’ different for a change.†He got out of the General. “C’mon Bo,†Luke said and jogged over to the entrance. The blond followed his cousin’s actions from getting out of the orange Dodge, then quick steps to the building. The two were soon inside and at the door marked… Atell’s Bail Bonds. “Hello fellas,†A.M. Daniels mildly greeted the Duke boys before the door closed behind them. “What can I help you with?†Bo gulped. He had expected Mr. Atell to be in his office not a pretty blonde. “Uh…†Luke cleared his throat and flashed a toothy smile at the woman. “Well – is Ale in?†“He’s in Macon until this evening,†She replied. “Ok,†Luke and Bo both said. An awkward silence filled the reception area for several moments until an office door opened, and a trio of associates came out led by Daisy. She looked just as surprised to see her male kin as they were surprised to see her. “What brings you boys here?†A petite red haired woman inquired. “Our cousin is in trouble,†Luke stated the obvious. Why else would someone be at a place like this unless they had to be. A bail bonds agency wasn’t actually the local coffee house. “What happened to Kris?†Daisy demanded. The thought of anyone hurting the sweet strawberry blonde family member made the younger woman unhappy. “Not Kristy… Garrett.†Bo answered. After a glance to Luke, he told everyone else what was going on with his brother. “Rosco probably told y’all that because the circuit judge isn’t available,†Heidi deducted. Her dark hair pulled back into a French braid. She looked to the woman at the desk. “I’ll go over and check on Garrett.†“That would be great,†Daisy smiled at her friend. Heidi noticed the expression on the boys faces and explained further. “Rosco will be more receptive to someone other than a Duke showing up in his office.†“Well, maybe I wanted to go.†Another woman standing by Daisy said. “P.M., you’re suppose to be doin’ research to take your entrance exam,†A.M. reminded her twin sister. “She can do that when we come back,†Heidi grabbed her friend’s hand and ran out the door, nearly knocking Bo and Luke over. That sent Daisy, A.M. , and Carleigh into laughter. (cue anyone)
