Are you sure it was a '68? I found various references to Alan Hale Jr owning a '65 Shelby Mustang GT350. You can see a picture here which shows him sitting in the car outside his Lobster Barrel restaurant on La Cienega in Los Angeles.
The only '65 Mustang I remember in Dukes was the yellow one in which Bo and Luke returned and Coy and Vance departed. I say "only" because I think it's likely that they used car in 'No More Mr. Nice Guy' as one of Daisy's fake prizes.

Whoever wins the Chiefs Bengals game is who I'll be rooting for against either California team in the SB. Single digits here at night a lot lately. Getting a warm up in a couple days.

When the Clown Prince got the boot in 2018 I thought Nascar execs were done with bad ideas but nope https://www.jayski.com/2022/01/27/martinsville-spring-race-to-be-400-laps/
Yeah let's shorten the length of exciting short track races but keep the same laps at boring 1.5mile tracks.

Well done for catching that, Roger, and so close on the heels of HazzardNet's 20th. Admittedly, we didn't get the show until March 3rd in the UK, but I'm happy to celebrate now. I'm pretty sure I saw the first show, or at least one of the Georgia episodes. The first run in the UK was shown at 9pm on a Saturday night, and I was only eight at the time, so I wasn't allowed to watch many of them. Luckily, the broadcaster soon moved the show to something like 5pm, and I could watch every week.
Here's a title card for a new episode over a screengrab from 'One Armed Bandits':

Today is the 40th anniversary of the first time the greatest television show in history appeared on screen. I didn't see it but I remember people talking about it for awhile so a month later I started watching and haven't stopped and never will stop. Thanks to the creators, stars, production team, stunt people and everybody else who has brought 4 decades of fun and joy into my life.
