  1. As you're looking at the main page of the gallery, right above where it says "Welcome, EnosFan" there's an orange bar that has My Photos My Favorites and then over on the right there should be Home, Search, Profile and Upload Photos. If some reason that bar is not showing we'll have to get Mufn in on this one.
  2. As you look at the main page of the gallery (as opposed to that particular section with the General Jumps pics) you'll see at the upper right hand corner some links, one of which says "Upload Photos." From there, pick the category in the drop down menu and follow the instructions on down. =) I uploaded a pic myself. General Lee jumpin' over the US Capitol building. KHEE!
  3. Welcome back! Who says you can't go home again? Khee! I think your animated Flash gif that you had should still work fine for your avatar.
  4. Ok y'all, I've updated DOHFF with the stories from our Bail Bond Challenge. Khee! Happy reading!! http://www.dukesofhazzardfanfic.com
  5. I'd be Rosco's cousin. And I'd probably be called MaryAnne.
  6. *as a hush falls over the gathered crowd just outside the county courthouse, Deputy MaryAnne Coltrane emerges, pokerfaced. She stands at the top of the steps and looks out at the assembled crowd* Ladies and gentlemen, I want to thank all of you who worked hard and turned in stories to post as bail on Brian's behalf. We had seven bail postings. I'm happy to announce that, as Brian indciated above, he did turn in a completed story. Although he missed the deadline I set, he did still turn in a story before midnight of the 6th across all US territories so.... Heh heh. As a result of Brian's efforts and those of the community I'm very happy to say that Brian, and myself, will NOT be facing any jail time. You guys all did a great job! I'm working on putting the Bail Bond page together to post at DOHFF hopefully within the next day or two. Thank you very much! *grins, looking very relieved*
  7. Hey y'all.... I know some of y'all are working on your stories still. Just so you know that the deadline is midnight, Pacific Standard Time of the 6th. In other words, at 12:01 am on February 7th, yer too late. LOL (Or 3:01 am EST. LOL)
  8. I originally posted that in March of '06.....we've now broken the record twice. As I logged in tonight it said we had 76 users earlier this evening. Woohoo!!! I just threw that 7 to 11 out there as a possbility. I realize folks are on different time zones and such.
  9. MaryAnne's the name, deputy-ee-in' is my game. Khee! Like Mufn, I'm a Dukeaholic. And happily so. Been watching Dukes since back in the day. Rosco's my favorite, thus my Coltrane centered fanfic with MaryAnne as Rosco's cousin. I've been writing fanfic for almost 11 years (holy bleep), and have no plans to stop anytime soon. Khee!
  10. Umm......nope. *looks at the calendar* Three days is plenty of time! Atleast, Brian seems to think so.
  11. I wanted to add to what Mufn said about the avatars....at one point when I posted that using avatars was available on the old board, I asked nicely for folks to keep the pics to a smaller size. I was pretty much ignored. LOL With so many members on this board, there was no way I could individualy PM each person who had larger avatars and ask them to please reduce the size. Plus, I had a feeling, and as Enos Fan described from other board admin experience, I would be ignored further or would upset somebody. Anyway! I'm liking this new board software. Especially in keeping out the junk sign ups and spammers. More often then not we would get around 10 to 15 new sign ups per day on the old board and all of them I would have to go in and check individually and then delete and then ban email addresses and what not. At one point we were totally bombed with junk registrations with somebody using the hotmail email. There must've been close to 50 sign ups within a two day period. I ended up having ban ALL hotmail email addresses because of it. The less amount of time I have to spend policing, the more I can spend playing. I'm all for that. Khee! Now, Brian said something about editin' my posts. ROFL. I did find a pic attached to one of them. Wonder if he edited any others. Hmmmm.....
  12. There's another scene like that from "Nothin' but the Truth" when Boss says "I'm tellin' the truth! Don't you know the truth when you hear it?" And Rosco replies straight faced, "Not comin' from you..." KHEE!
  13. I'd guess it's the Atlanta Lt. previously mentioned unless that was a red herring. Your cousin could be shucking and jiving 'bout a henchperson. Oh it ain't no shuck and jive. There's a legitimate volunteer awaiting, just biding his time. And the Atlanta Lieutenant is offended to be called a red herring. Plain vanilla maybe but not a red herring...
  14. I promised him none of those things. All he would be getting out of the deal is the satisfaction of nailing your lazy black-clad posterior to the jailhouse wall. Truthfully, he wants to see you finish a story, because....something about unresolved issues between the two of you, he says.... I dunno. Whatever the reason, that probably won't motivate you either. Hey! How about if I put myself on the line as well? You don't finish a story, I not only send you to the pokey, I lock myself up too. How's that grab ya? Place the entire continued existence of the Coltrane line on your story (or suitable bail)?
  15. Hmm...do I detect a little rile here? Good! If I tork you off enough maybe you'll write something!! Since when do I use henchmen? Since I've exhausted just about every other threat or motivation with you! You'll never guess who the volunteer is because even if he posted the announcement himself you'd miss it!
  16. I am serious. I'm so serious infact, I already have a volunteer waiting for my order to "arrest" you when you fail to turn in a story and no one else posts your bail. And when he shows up you'll wish it was just me with a baton. Muhahahahaha...... In the meantime, if I have to resort to blunt encouragement, I will. *holds up baton* Write a story. OR ELSE...
  17. A new baton?!?! Now look, first of all the baton I've got is fine thankyouverymuch. Infact, it would appear I might have to dig it out and use it for motivational purposes. But sure, we can deal. But car poarts, posters....nah.... Hmmm.....what could you bribe me with? Oh I know!! How about a story?!
  18. No, 2007. 30 days from the date I posted my challenge which was clearly marked 2007. Clock's tickin'.....
  19. *looks around* Hmmm...pretty quiet around here. Folks must be busy working on their stories. Which is good! Right Brian? You've been busy working on your story too right?
  20. (Yes authors may co-author a piece.) It's always a sight that warms my heart when the townsfolk rally to a cause. Now, I'd write a story myself but I think that would be a conflict of interest. Afterall, the point is to challenge Brian, not myself. Challenging Brian is challenge enough for me! Heh! However, any of the other muses of Team Blue could contribute. Perhaps a certain Lieutenant in Atlanta.... Now there's some motiviation....
  21. I think you've got a winner right there, cousin. Write it. Afterall, it's been said that writers should write what they know.... By the way.... I'll admit I can be evil but you...Innocent kin?!
  22. Two years? It's only been two years? Huh. How come I haven't banned you for something in two years? Anyway, bribing you is no good cousin. I think you work better on the stress of potential threat of being permanently exiled. Afterall, you've been loafing around here now for awhile, why should I offer the incentive of a paid vacation so you can loaf even more?
  23. Well cousin, it's been three whole days since I posted the challenge announcement. Gotcher story written yet?
  24. Yes, a very happy New Year to everyone!
