This is another law in Texas that makes not even an ounce of sense: A recently passed anti-crime law requires criminals to give their victims 24 hours notice, either verbally or in writing, and to explain the nature of the crime to be committed. As if this would ever happen.......wait a sec it might in Hazzard....'smirks...'
