Sorry Roger he passed away. He had two seizure. He woke up from the first one, but had another one when he was in the hospital and that one he never woke up from.

Sorry that I haven't been in awhile. But at the end of Jan I lost my best friend and one I have loved for most of my life. It has shooked my world a part. Know i'm trying to figure out to live with out him.

There's a book called "The Roads Back to Early Hazzard" by Jon Holland. It tells some of the location of filming was at. Now i'm not sure if what you are looking for is in this book, but i hope it helps.
