"And maybe with time Matt will too, remember I still have trouble putting Molly to bed and I've had her for at least a year. You've been here for at least five hours I haven't spent much time with him. Why don't you get something to eat?" Lizzy asks. -
It seemed almost as instantly as Lizzy was settled in the rocking chair and Matt was laid in her arms the child settled. Lizzy just smirked and looked up at Luke.

However nothing seemed to be working for Luke. "Funny. You can pick Molly up and she'll almost instantly calm and fall asleep in your arms but when it comes to your son...You mind if I try?"

Lizzy nodded but it seemed as if Luke still had a problem with getting the boy to sleep.

"Don't be a stranger." Enos says looking up at her. Lizzy nods and leaves the room. When she reaches the NICU she sees Luke slowly rocking a slightly fussy Matt.

An hour later Lydia was brought down and Lizzy stood. "I oughta be going." Lizzy says.

"Good, we want her to stay up in the NICU a little longer but in an hour or so we should be able to bring her down here." The doctor says. Just then Lizzy's phone buzzed. 'She's back and looks good.' Lizzy read and then looked at the picture. "See she's fine." Lizzy says showing Daisy the picture.

"Daisy, what do you think of that?" Enos asks.

"How long till she's out of the woods?" Enos asked.

"You have news?" Enos asks.

"Of course you're not." Lizzy answers.

"I'm not being deprived. After what I went through with Molly I know that I should relish the free time I have while I still have it." Lizzy says.

"I'm not mad, he may have had a point. Since I've been released I've seen my son three times maybe. But I'm needed more here and you know that." Lizzy says.

"Of course not Daisy," Lizzy says then harsher she adds, "He was just insinuating that I only offered to go up there to see my son."

"Think about it Daisy. The doctors told us they would let us know when Lydia was out of surgery. Why would Lizzy want to go up there when you know the doctors would be down here when she was done?" Enos sighs.

"Alright I'll be back in a bit." Lizzy says. "Lizzy." Enos warned as if reading her mind. "Alright." Lizzy sighs. Lizzy went up to the NICU but she didn't see Lydia. Soon she was back downstairs. "Luke said he'd call the moment she was back in the NICU."

"Of course I am, why don't I just nip up to the NICU and see if they've brought her out of surgery." Lizzy suggested.

"You won't lose her." Lizzy says.

"Then I'll buy you a book on baby names." Lizzy says.

"Absolutely." Lizzy answers.

"You'd do it for me." Lizzy says.

"I didn't know until right about the time Julie told you. Callie told me." Lizzy sighs.

"I know, you just tell me what you want and when you want it and I'll go to work. I could probably even get Bo and Luke to help." Lizzy says.

"I wish there had been a better way to tell you." Lizzy says. "And a better time."

"Me too. That's why I demanded they repaint it. They couldn't find a paint in the world that would cover it. So finally we pulled out all the furniture and they gave me several dark colors and a paint brush and said have at it. My room after that became multicolored and tye-dye. When I moved into Cooter's he let me paint my room and I painted it dark blue." Lizzy says. "I can help you paint the nursery if you want."
