  1. Lori propped her arm up on the door, her chin in her hand in a contemplative manner. "I know Uncle Jesse...I try to help him see the facts, but he's to danged stubborn to."
  2. Awe man, this really is a downer. R.I.P Jerry, you will be greatly missed.
  3. "Yeah? Well, she sure don't show it the way she spouts off at Luke tellin' him that she's old enough to make her own decisions and such...I know she is, and she knows she is, and Luke probably does, but it's hard for him..." She held her hand up, dropping her head. "I know you know Uncle Jesse...I's just saying it.."
  4. Lori looked at the old Davenport farm. Nodding, she leaned up, stretching with a yawn. "I know I know Uncle Jesse... me and Luke only talk like that cause we care is all."
  5. Lori shrugged a little, letting out a breath of air. "Who said anything about not trustin' him?" Luke. She answered to herself, looking back out the window.
  6. Lori nodded a little in understanding, course, in a sense, she never got to meet her parents. Her mother dying when she was three, her father beating every inch of her, it sent shivers up her spine. Though, as always, Luke had a point. "Yea 'spose ya are right about that."
  7. Karen and Nick nodded a little, taking either one of his hands in theirs. As the "family" reunited, Lori stood outside the door cautiously with Luke, peeping in ever so often, grumbling and muttering under her breath. "They's lying to him and ain't even gonna tell him they ain't his real parents..."
  8. Lori nodded a little. Letting out a breath of air she propped her feet on the window seal and relaxed back in the seat, her hands propped behind her head for a pillow, she whistled a little tune watching the scenery go by. "Just wonderin' sir.."
  9. Nick and Karen was oblivious to the fact that they were being followed themselves. Once down the correct hall and into the right room, Karen and Nick both went to Bo's side, tears streaking Karen's worn out, worried face. "Oh Bo..we're so relieved you're alright." She said, letting out the breath she had been holding on the way there.
  10. As Jesse and Lori both drove through town at a moderate speed, Lori looked over to the ice cream palor, more or less just thinking to herself, til she saw that boy who was with JJ in the palor window. "Jesse, did JJ tell ya bout her boyfriend?"
  11. Lori nodded a little, deep in thought now. But soon though, her thoughts was disturbed by the panicking female and male voice just outside the waiting room. Perking her head up, intent on listening. Nick and Karen both looked at the nurse at the front desk, concern and worry written on their faces. "Beaureguard is the name." Karen stated plainly. And it was plain enough for Lori's keen sense of hearing to pick up on to. Tapping Luke's shoulder, Lori nodded her head towards the middle aged couple.
  12. Lori diverted her gaze to the floor, rubbing his back softly. "Did he say who they was?" She had no clue that the two of his parents" was actually on their way as the two carried on their conversation.
  13. Lori smiled gently, putting an arm around Luke consolingly. "We're all proud of you though...proud of both of you. Just give it a little bit of time and hopefully Bo will remember things..."
  14. Lori picked up a small pebble that had been caught in the bottom of her boot and threw it out the window at Cooter. "We women that you talk about are the superior race in life cousin. We're more intelligent than men, we cook your meals, do your laundry, clean your house..." Jesse sighed, rolling his eyes heavenwards, those two was starting to get on his nerves with their bickering and fussing. "And they're also full of hot air Loren now hush!" Jesse intercepted, scolding her. Grumbling, he put the truck in reverse and backed out.
  15. As a young female with raging pharamones, LOL of course you'd think my first answer would be, Luke. Nah, now that I've watched the show for as many years as I have, I'd hafta say Cooter is at the top, then Luke, Jesse, Bo, Rosco.
  16. Cooter scowled at her from his position on the floor, rolling her off of him. Standing up, he went over to a seat beside of Daisy, leaving Lori to waller around on the floor. Grumbling, Lori got up from her own spot on the floor and sat down in between him and Luke, crossing her arms over her chest again, still glaring at him. "How's Bo?" Lori finally snapped over after 5 minutes of silence and hard concentration on staring Cooter down, which, in his case, was starting to become real nettling to him.
  17. Giving Luke a kiss goodbye, Lori hopped off the bed energetically, stretching out her arms. Cooter watched her, shaking his head a bit knowing she'd want to go home and get some rest instead of go back and do what she was suppose to be doing in the beginning, working. Rising up from the seat himself, Cooter draped a lazy arm around Lori's shoulders as each person walked out of the room. "Cooter? Will ya do me a big ol' favor cousin?" Lori asked walking around the front of Jesse's truck. Cooter having already been about to climb inside of his, raised a brow at her. "What is it now?" Getting in the passenger side of the truck, Lori peered around through Jesse's window at Cooter. "Tow Midnight Rider home for me." Cooter stared blankly at her, blinking his eyes a couple times before replying. "And What's wrong with YOU doing it?" Lori sighed, exhaling an exasperating breath of air. "Cause YOU got the tow truck and my hand hurts..." Rolling his eyes, Cooter shook his head in a mock sympathetic way. "Oh poor baby..." He retorted sarcastically. Lori glared at him from her seat until Jesse climbed in, making a scowling face at the two of them.
  18. Happy Birthday Cousin! Khee! Hope today you get all your birthday wishes!
  19. Luke looked up at Lori, smirking a little at her, it was his turn to aggravate her. "I gotta headache now Uncle Jesse." Lori looked down at him, playflly smacking his arm lghtly. "You ARE a headache Luke..." Luke blinked a couple of times at her, swatting her behind. "I resent that remark Ms. Davenport." Chuckling lightly, Luke nodded. "I'm fine Uncle Jesse.."
  20. Cooter growled a little, finaly pushing his way through, though when he did, both of them collapsed atop each other in a heap on the floor. Lori grunted a little when she landed flat on her behind, on Cooter's back. "Get off me Loren!" Cooter growled, heaving his chest a little, trying to breath. "Oh Im sorry dearest cousin can't ya breath or is all my fat cuttin off ya danged circulation?!" Lori snapped at him, crossing her arms defiantly.
  21. Daisy looked up from her perch in the hospital seat, despite Bo's current situation she had to giggle a little at the two. "It was obvious Uncle Jesse...could hear 'em cuttin' up a shine as they was walking up the hall.."
  22. Coter pointed a finger at Lori, his eyes diverted towards her as well. "Little sneak snuck it in the back... I didn't know bout it til the race ya'll had after wards at the race that took place at the pond. I took the blame for that, one it was my truck and two I didn't think you'd like another big long lecture from Jesse when he woulda had to have bailed ya out of the pokey."
  23. Matt nodded and smiled at JJ, walking around the car slipping an arm around her, pulling her to his side. Cooter sighed a little, nodding. "I'm aware of that fact Lucas, but when my daddy moved away from Hazzard when I was 18.. Lori was only 16, I had to step up and be a man...take responsibility for her's and my own actions."
  24. In the waiting room though, was a different story. Three Dukes rested against a wall, taking a break before one of them went in to see Bo again. Luke looked worn out, bags under his eyes, not a look you saw everyday unless the boys had had a late night out. Two Davenport cousins came up the hallway, arguing over something as always, having recieved word from Daisy that they had found Bo. Both of them walked into the door at the same time, getting stuck in the doorway. "Cooter you dumb rump can't ya see I'm tryin t' get through the danged doorway!" Lori snapped, trying to squeeze through. Cooter grunted tryig to turn himself around so she could fit through, grumbling. "Lay off of the bacon in the morning and you wouldn't have that problem..." Lori stopped dead, and jerked her head to him, her imperial purple eyes shooting daggers, her mouth wide open in an appalling look. "Are you insinuating that I'm fat?!"
