Some friends of mine and I are actually amature ghost hunters. (Just because we haven't figured out how to get anyone to pay for our services yet, lol.) Never thought to throw them a party, but we have caught some pretty amazing things in pictures and evps. Our most recent trip was to an abandoned tunnel in my hometown where an old woman was murdered in the 50s. She banged on our car, tried to open the doors, and even reached in through an open window and pulled one guy's cigarette out of his mouth, throwing it halfway down the tunnel. If anyone's interested, I will post some of our pictures, once I quit being lazy and take the time to download them off my camera. It's only been a little over a week since the trip lol.

A Baby For the Dukes?

I've read a couple of Harry Turtledove's books - my sister likes him, but I've never really managed to get into him. I liked the first book in the Lord of the Rings trilogy, but only for Golem, after that I kind of lost intrest. Now I mostly read Karin Slaughter, Jim Butcher, Lilith Saintcrow, John Connolly, Kim Harrison, and Kelley Armstrong. And, on the rare occasion that they put out new books, PN Elrod and Rita Mae Brown (but only the ones "cowritten" by her cat Sneaky Pie )

These are wonderful, i1976. I'm in the same boat with MaryAnne - I can't draw a thing, couldn't imagine being able to create some of the things I see other people do!

I love all of these - especially the one from Limo One is Missing. Another one of my favorites is from The Great Santa Clause Chase when Bo, Luke, and Cooter keep passing poor Cletus from different directions as Boss tells him that they are heading west. I always feel sorry for him when he asks for someone to come get him because he thinks he's lost!
