I just checked the walmart website and can't find a rc general lee listed anywhere that just stinks!!!! Maybe I will be able to find one for a cheaper price than what I have seen listed here because I'd really like to get my 9yr old cousin one. LOL I have been training him on DOH since before he started school. I had a model of general lee that I had put together and he just HAD to have it. LOL that car got put through mini jumps and I don't think it survived but oh well he had fun playing with it and I put myself another one together for looks only no grubby fingers playing with it. Maybe one of your good folks can help me out, my Dad has been swearing there was a song called or at least with the lyrics "i ain't no cowboy I just found this hat" but I've searched the net and no luck! We took a vacation to Nashville and asked in a couple stores and even THEY couldn't tell him who sang it. My sister's in-laws say they've heard it and it's Chris Ledou (probably spelled wrong) but I can't find it doing a search of his songs either. Has anyone else ever heard it and if so can you help me find the song? Thanks Brandy_lou

I'm back from my trip to Nashville and had a great time! I still don't have an exact address for Cooter's Place but if you drive down I believe it's Music Valley Drive can't remember the exact name of the street but anyway you will see the Fiddler's Inn on one side of the street and then a sign to a little shopping area. Turn in the parking lot of the shopping area and there is Earnest Tubb's record store and only a few shops down is Cooter's the sign isnt big and it's not lit up but it's there! The General Lee parked out front is a dead giveaway lol but you might not notice it from the street. The guy that was working in there was super super nice which I wouldn't have expected anything less in the place. He put a 10% coupon on the counter and then asked my mom if she came in there with it which we didn't but I guess he had to do something in case someone else came in. Then this morning I looked at my receipt and noticed that the picture I bought my brother in law isn't listed so apparently he forgot it or I just got it free, like I said super nice guy. The picture is black and white of the dukes and cooter in front of the wrecker and is autographed! I had picked up one that wasn't and he asked would I like one that was and it wouldn't cost me extra so I said sure that way my brother in law could say he had a picture autographed by cooter. So all in all it was a great trip and I plan to go back sometime when cooter himself or someone else is making an appearance. Brandy_lou

I believe unless I'm mistaken the Grand Ole Opry,Opry Mills Mall/Bass Pro Shop and the Opry Hotel are all in pretty close proximity to each other. I've wanted to go to the one in Gatlinburg since finding out it was there so when I discovered that there was a second in Nashville which is only a 4hr drive I've been wanting to go. This Veteran's day weekend I'm FINALLY getting to go Yeeehaaaw!!!!! I will hopefully be able to post an exact address when I get back home. Brandy_lou

I don't think they will do a sequel it just won't go I personally believe. MY reasoning is alot of folks went to the movie thinking oh cool a newer version of the dukes of hazzard. I admit I went to the movie out of curiosity only and it was AWFUL if you compare it to the show, everything was all wrong to me it didnt have ANY wholesomeness to it and was WAY out of character for what we know and love as the citizens of Hazzard. As a stand alone movie it was ok but still too vulgar for my tastes. As I told someone else about the movie it was like the proverbial 'black sheep' of the family and ruined the family name so to speak. That's my two cents on the whole thing anyway. Brandy_lou

I hope that season 5 comes out earlier than Dec too. I doubt it'll happen but I'd like to see all 7 seasons out by christmas! I'd also like to see them bring out the reunion shows on dvd. brandy_lou

Is anyone else as confused as I am? Flipping through my walmart sale paper I noticed it said season 5 would be released Nov 8 BUT when I checked walmart.com it said the release date was Dec 13 which is what I had previously found out. I'm just soo confused guess I will be making a trip to walmart on the 8th to see if season 5 is indeed out. brandy_lou

I've had the set since they came out so they can't be returned but the amazing thing is it worked fine when I put it in my personal dvd player. I had been watching it on my laptop computer so another running program must have interfered,I thought the dvd had something wrong with it anyway but could have sworn it was the very first episode but nope that one worked fine too. Maybe I'm just loosing my mind at least the part of it that I don't have crammed with DOH obsession lol. thanks for the help though brandy_lou

My copy of this episode on dvd has a glitch at the end after the baby is born. It seems like it's almost in slow motion I was wondering if anyone else has this problem or if maybe my copy has a scratch it's the only episode on the season that's messed up on my dvd's. Also if I do have a scratch can I fix it and still watch the episode. brandy_lou

This a really good episode I think it's the only other time the boys fight over a girl and once again it's bo's falling head over heels and not listening to reason that causes the rift between them. I noticed something for the first time watching the episode,did anyone else see the ring on bo's finger looked suspiciously like a wedding ring to me. brandy_lou

More of a question,but did I imagine it or was look looking awfully teary eyed in birds gotta fly as they were all walking daisy to the rv? I've also never been sure but thought Bo was crying when he left the farm in carnival of thrills and from reading this it was confirmed. My weepiest moment is when roscoe and enos think the boys have done gone in the hazzard pond and drowned. brandy_lou

I just watched 'twin trouble' and noticed bo has on a ring,now I know luke has one on his pinky all the time but bo doesn't usually and it looked like a wedding band to me. Anyone else ever noticed this? brandy_lou

I just finished Dang fool and have read going home and just let me say I LOOOOOOOVED both. I can't wait to read updates to see what messes these guys and gals get into next. Very entertaining and well written. I have been up really really late reading these because they are too good to shut down till I've reached the end of a page so I had to make myself shut down the computer before starting a new page. I have been reading this story on fanfic.net and am enjoying it ALOT. It's hard to find DOH fanfics that are well written and are able to make the reader imagine the scenes as if it were an actual episode and you have managed to do this with your story. Well after a second try I have everything in the right places. The only thing I don't know how to get working is the logo screens for shutting down the computer ect and the folder containing the webview pictures. I'm not sure what they are supposed to be for. Sorry for repeating this thread but I lost the thread where I originally posted about the dukes of Hazzard desktop theme. I downloaded it but it didnt download any different than when I had earlier versions of windows so I didnt get all the components on my computer such as shut down screen ect. Can someone tell me what I might have done wrong? Miz Smarteepantz

I did save the zip file to the computer and then extract the files inside just to preview, there is a picture of the general lee. I'm just not sure what it's meant to be used as I guess I'll find out when I download properly onto my new computer. Miz Smarteepantz

I have one for you over www.themesunlimited.com and then click those "Television" then look under Dukes of Hazzard Theme.. have two kind and also other one is The Dukes Of Hazzard and they have three kinds now. maybe help you better.. that have desktop theme with have 01 cursor number and open and close theme check out any question let me know thanks. and which did you check out one site that one not general lee desktop cursor? let me know thanks. I checked out the site thanks for the link. The desktop theme I had already found was the one with bo,luke and daisy wearing hats and it says dukes of hazzard across Daisy's lower body. I found it at www.themedoctor.com. It only has different colored cursors no new shapes to them. I want one of the General lee if I can find it. I have a bonanza desktop theme with a gun cursor.

I have found a really cool DOH desktop theme the only thing I see wrong is there isnt a general lee cursor *sniff*. I have seen other themes that have the mouse being something like a pistol or some other cool object. If anyone knows where I can find a general lee cursor to download to go with the theme I'd be obliged for the info. Miz Smarteepantz
