This evening I am going to be reliving the nightmare of 7-22-23 when I lost my only child. Thank you all for all your support this last year. The accident was at 7:14 EST. If you are so inclined I would appreciate a prayer around then. If not, a loving thought.

When they interviewed the McLaren team boss afterwards, David Couthard mentioned that when he drove for McLaren and had to give up the lead to a team mate he was still paid the winner's bonus. I hope Lando at least gets that. The whole situation played out very badly through radio messages, especially as Lando was clearly faster and is ahead in the championship. As Lando closes the gap to Max, I hope the decision doesn't come back to haunt the team at the end of the season.
