I just find it funny they would rather buy a similar plant instead of putting in a few minutes of sweaty work. I'm pretty much done with it. I'd love to save the rose of Sharons but nobody wants them so I guess they go in the dumpster. I've had my fill of dealing with the house and people. Just glad the new owners have a lawnmower and will be mowing it themselves. 

I think all the original links may be broken now, and the images missing. When I get a chance, I'll see whether I ever downloaded the floor plan.
