Y'all remember there being 2 Sheriff's of Hatchapee County? Sheriff Emmitt "Spike" Loomis and Sheriff Floyd? Well, my theory about this is that maybe Sheriff Emmitt "Spike" Loomis got his pension retired and stayed home then to take care of his wife and kids if had a wife and kids, and Sheriff Floyd ran for election and got voted in to take over.

Dukes of Hazzard trivia alert! 😂 Did you catch this goof in the show's miniature toy car stunts? The General Lee toy car had figures inside, but the driver was wearing Coy Duke's powder blue shirt instead of Bo Duke's yellow shirt! 🤦‍♂️ Guess the blond hair on the doll gave it away that it was supposed to be Bo behind the wheel! 😂 Coy may have blond hair too, but he's from Season 5, not Season 7 when the toy stunts were used! 🚗💨 Share your favorite Dukes of Hazzard memories with us! #DukesOfHazzard #GeneralLee #TVGoofs

Of all the episodes, I think he came closest on " The Duke Scam-Scam" There are one or two others that came pretty close though, so, just my opinion. What do you guys think? Hey! I know! What about the one where they go back to the farm and the crooks are looking for them in their helicopter? Remember?

Greetings everyone! I am new here and thought I'd introduce myself by creating a post about the Dixie horn that I built myself. It was pretty easy to build and it is loud! The nice part is it sounds exactly like an original Jubilee Dixie air horn from 1979. There are no moving parts to wear out and it plays perfectly in tune. I would love to hear your feedback on it. Did ya know The Dukes n The Waltons shared locations? The orphanage ran by Ira Grant in Season 6 A Boy's Best Friend is the Walton house. Knight Rider shared locations too. The Indian Dunes Sticks River jump, the Duke Farm n the Boars Nest.

Let's all start a Dukes of Hazzard Book Club. Who all has read David Hofstede's The Unofficial Companion and Billie Rae Bates Them Dukes Them Dukes and Eric Alter's Gone Racin', Richard Jensen's Trespass in Hazzard County, Jon Holland's The Roads Back to Early Hazzard etc. And what did y'all think of the books?

This is something I may have mentioned before, not sure but we've got some newer people in here since then ( More citizens of Hazzard! ) and I thought I would mention it. There was Huey Hogg and then his older brother Dewy Hogg.....we're missing one that never was shown....Louie! They should have had a show with him in it! They HAD to be named after the 3 nephews of Scrooge McDuck! That's a cartoon and Scrooge McDuck's 3 nephews are 1. Huey 2. Dewy 3. Louie.

I heard all the food they had on the set for him, Sorrell Booke didn't really eat it, the crew, cameraman etc would eat it when they yelled "Cut!" Is that true?

I don't know if there's a cartoon post or not, so here goes.....I've only seen about half the 20 episodes ( wife bought me the entire collection for Christmas) . They are VERY boring! Flash doesn't look right with his hat and Rosco doesn't look like Rosco....they drew everybody else well....why not him? They keep hoping around to other countries....WHY??? I'd rather see them on the farm, like on TV! Why do they have to travel? That's not TDOH! I know it's a cartoon but these plots were even MORE simple than the TV show!! WHERE IS COOTER??? Hey guys, I was just wondering if and when we had the news letter and if we ever will again. I signed up but nothing happened.

Love rewatching the show with Bo and Luke just good time and all, but Coy and Vance as good as they tried to be Bo and Luke's replacement it just didn't work, imo. They were good boys no doubt and very friendly, at least there's that. Some replacements are just painful to watch.

Anybody else notice in "Dear Diary" that when Doc Appleby comes to bandage up Uncle Jesse's ankle that it's actually Doc Petticord? I guess at that point, they had changed the character but not the actor yet.

such as wishing she was in more than 1 episode. or stuff you've made up about her & her mom's life in alabama. in my imagination, they're in the town of burnsville.

Wasn't planning to go to Cooter's in Luray but ended up there today (long story). First time there. What an amazing place. So much to see it was overwhelming!
