Dukes of Hazzard Fun Fact: Did y'all know the General Lee's confederate flag was originally planned for the hood, but WB decided when they saw the design on paper that it looked stupid that way, so they moved it to the roof? And originally, the car was to be called Traveller #99 and be primer gray.

Pretty interesting. I just watched an episode where Bo slid on the hood and Luke told him they were in no hurry so he shouldn't hurt the paint. I suppose if they would have put the flag on the hood a lot of Southern folks would have thought it was disrespectful to hood slide on it. Although I did recently mention (in an episode review) that Bo roof slid on the flag. That may have been the only roof slide in the series but I'm not sure.

Roger Duke...  Luke would do it in Trouble At Cooter's. Vance would do a roof slide in Hazzard Hustle.

Yep....I think you have me beat. Time will tell but it sure looks like you do. HazzardNet is lucky to have the Skipper in town.
