And originally, the car was to be called Traveller #99 and be primer gray.
August 19, 20206 yr Pretty interesting. I just watched an episode where Bo slid on the hood and Luke told him they were in no hurry so he shouldn't hurt the paint. I suppose if they would have put the flag on the hood a lot of Southern folks would have thought it was disrespectful to hood slide on it. Although I did recently mention (in an episode review) that Bo roof slid on the flag. That may have been the only roof slide in the series but I'm not sure.

Luke would do it in Trouble At Cooter's. Vance would do a roof slide in Hazzard Hustle.
