I suppose Cooter has bailed out everybody in Hazzard County at least once so most folks wouldn't mind letting him borrow their vehicle. It was a little different early in season one. He wasn't as trustworthy. His wild streak was pretty bad, even stealing Limo One. Quote

It's one of those fluctuating things in TV shows, that people think we wouldn't notice, so they don't give it a definite number, name, time, place etc. Quote
