RogerDuke
I just got gone watching "The Great Santa Claus Chase" and will watch the Dukes cartoon Christmas show when my grandkids come over tomorrow. I hope everybody has a very merry Christmas and as Boss says at the end of the episode "And God bless us every one." HossC
I must dig out 'The Great Santa Clause Chase'. In fact, I must make time to watch the rest of Dukes as I've neglected them lately. There's a New Year's resolution for you! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to everyone on HazzardNet .

I had a wonderful Christmas as well. I hope the rest of you did! I have a whole 10 days off. I am so burnt out... I'm going to enjoy every second of it. RogerDuke
Who else gets the post Christmas blues? When those decorations start to come down (usually Jan 2) I start to get a little depressed.

RogerDuke
My wife always takes them down too early. If I would have married Gretchen Wilson the "Red neck Woman" we'd "leave my Christmas lights out my front porch all year long" (why does spell check separate red and neck then make it so I can't correct it? Don't those folks know it's one word?)
Meadowmufn
Well, hubby took the outside Christmas lights down yesterday. I was not happy. We still have our artificial Christmas tree up though.

Roth Potter
I only put my tree up 2 days after christmas. We have the big one in the living room but I have a small one for my room too, but it wasnt with the other christmas stuff. We only found it after searching for something else. LOL Better late than never. As I recall My grandparents told me that folks never used to put their trees up until Christmas Eve.....then it became an after Thanksgiving thing (USA) and now we're starting to focus on Christmas after Halloween. A lot of folks don't like it popping up so early but I love Christmas so much I don't complain. In fact, I like it.....but Christmas ads before Halloween are a bit early though. Roth Potter
Chistmas in my country only starts after the 5th of december. Trees may pop up a week before that but not much earlier. We celebrate Sinterklaas before Christmas which runs till the 5th. Edited January 2, 2017 by Roth Potter
