"Sure..." she answered not believing it.

"Look...if you don't believe me go ask him yourself...although I think he'd be a little hurt that you thought so little of him..."

Jaime looked down. "He probably won't hear a word I say...too busy thinkin of HER."

Bo frowned and said sternly

"Jaime that is quite enough of that...i'll have you know that Luke ain't been this happy in years before you came along...so he's found a girlfriend, that aint uncommon with me an' Luke....you need to do some serious growin' up young lady because the fact is Luke can't go through life just devoting himself to you and what you want, although I know if you asked him to he would."

Jaime turned away from him giving him the silent treatment.

Bo shook his head.

"Just so you know, i'm the Master of the silent treatment so I know how it works. It ain't gonna affect me none."

"Leave me alone."

"Gladly...I didn't realize what a spoled brat you had become recently..."

He replied before heading down the ladder, perfectly content to let Jaime stay in the barn and be that way.

Jaime crawled back under the hay and cried.

Bo headed back to the General Lee, sliding into the driver's side and heading back to the hospital as he had promised Troy he would.

Jaime eventually cried herself to sleep in the hay.

Daisy sighed as she watched Bo storm out the barn and drive away, back to the hospital but for what, her and Uncle Jesse hadn't had the time to enquire. They could always ask Luke when they woke up.

She looked to Jesse as she bit her lip, knowing there was something strange going on with Jaime, and if Bo couldn't handle what Jaime was saying then she knew it was something to do with Luke and Luke was probably the only person who could right whatever wrong was going through Jaime's mind.

Luke woke an hour later, surprised to find himself situated in bed as he was. Slowly he reached for his crutches and maneuvered himself out of bed limping his way to he kitchen.

Daisy looked up from the book she was reading in the lounge when she heard a noise and shook her head a little with a smile, getting up to greet him.

"Luke your awake! But your gonna have to turn round an' get back inta bed...Bo's instructions from the doctors were to keep you off that foot for a few days..."

Luke frowned. "I been in bed fer a week! Sides...I wanna see my daughter..where is she?"

Daisy sighed and shook her head.

"Fine but you'll feel Bo's wrath when he gets back...I think him an' Jaime had a bit of an argument...she's been out in the barn since she got back from visitin' you...well bar school o'course..."

Luke frowned. "An argument..." Slowly he hobbled his way outside and to the barn. "Jaime?!"

Jaime jerked from her sleep in the hay, hearing Luke calling to her. She swallowed hard and stayed quiet, not wanting to talk to him right now in case she did what she had done with Bo and push him away evern further.

Luek sighed. "Jaime I know you're up there. I aint sposed t be outta bed much less climbin up there after ya...so if ya don't want your uncle killin me, I think ya should come down before I come up."

Jaime sniffed hard, shaking her head even though Luke couldn't see.

"I don't wanna talk right now Daddy.."

"Well...I do...so will ya please come down?" asked Luke not really wanted to attempt the rickety ladder with one good foot.

Jaime bit her lp a little, knowing that Luke would try and climb the ladder with a bad foot to get to her and she didn't want to get yelled at again. Hesitantly, she climbed down the ladder, tear tracks on her cheeks.

Luke balanced himself on his crutches drawing Jaime into a hug with his arms. "What's wrong sweetheart?"

Jaime hugged into him a little but her heart wasn't in it and she didn't answer.

Luke just held her close getting more and more worried.
