Roger gave me the idea and I thought it was a good one! 1. Earl Looper- anybody remember him? ( I'll put up the info if no one can think of it. ) 2. Widow Baxley ( I still think they named her, the lady who threw water on Rosco, after director Paul Baxley! * keep going down the list of barely seen or even mentioned Hazzard citizens or characters. 3.
