Hello! I figured since I might be drawing fanart more often that it would be a better idea to have one thread/topic than to post it all on it's own every time, and I have a really good piece to start it with.

It's a drawing I did of Bo with a horse. The song "My Rifle, My Pony and Me" kept coming up on Spotify and I got really inspired for some reason, so I drew the song. (except the rifle, I didn't want to render that much metal AND wood) My friend is a horse girl and she said that Bo would have a Chestnut Quarter Horse Mare named Miss Joanne. It's my biggest project ever, with the multiple subjects and more body than just the head. I had a lot of fun with it, adding a bunch of little details that I'm sure most of them won't be found partially due to the bad quality I had to upload it in so it could fit, but I also think the bigger ones won't be understood. I'm not saying you guys are dumb, I'm saying that I probably didn't make it understandable as a reference and made it look more like just a design choice or a coincidence. 

Also, apologies for not posting/commenting anything, I haven't known what to say. The only dukes thing I've done/seen/thought of besides this drawing, is I made a wallpaper and lockscreen for a friend. I swear I haven't forgotten about this forum, and I'm still a fan!

It's not a finished peice (not even started), but if Bo was a dog, what kind of dog do you think he'd be?

I'm planning to draw him as a werewolf (weredog?) and am not sure what to use as reference

well maybe not a Were Dog..a little too Scooby Dooish ( my favorite cartoon by the way!)  maybe a wolf hound....like Michael J Fox played?

I was thinking more human form and dog form.....and maybe he could be a Great Pyrenees or Golden Retriever?

Good question. I wish I knew my dog breeds better. My first reaction is a yellow haired lab. Loves to be outside. Needs room in the country to get all that energy out. Very active. Loves to have fun. Friendly and protective. 

I've finally finished a version of Puppy Bo that I somewhat like and feel good sharing. I decided to try something different with my art with this piece and I'm not quite sure how I feel about it yet..

but more will be coming when I figure out how to properly draw his face

well....I'm sure anything you draw will be good but if you're " Feeling" Bo....Go for it !!
