One of my favorite Bo lines is from "To Catch a Duke" after Cletus gives the boys a ticket for fishing with an expired license and they go into town to complain to Rosco. As they're crossing the street to the courthouse, Bo says in a mocking tone...

"I'm gonna have to give you boys a ticket!" :D

Then earlier when the boys are fishing...

Bo: "I wish Flash were here tho'."

Luke: "Why's that?"

Bo: "Then we could have catfish and hushpuppies." :D

There was one epsiode where Luke and Bo are sneaking up to the warehouse. Bo climbs on top of the roof and Luke heads straight to the door with the guard in fron and this happens.

Guard: (seeing Luke) Hey you!

Luke: Howdy.

Guard: What are you doing?

Luke: Well actually I’m looking for someone. (Bo jumps down off the roof and on top of the guard) Oh and here he is now!

Bo: (gets the guard off the floor)

Luke: This here’s my cousin Bo.

Bo: (knocks the guy out cold.)

Loved it, had me in stitches for the rest of the show

Return of the Ridge Raiders:

Luke: your granddad sure does keep that thing in fine shape.

Bo: That aint the only thing in fine shape round here.

and of course my quote at the end

Bo didn't say' date=' "I hate kids" to Luke. Luke wasn't there. He said it to Jill Dodson. But don't worry about it, I nitpick too much.[/quote']

Bo said he hated kids? Which episode? The only ones I can think of with kids he's actually being pretty good with them.

Wouldn't you hate kids for a moment, if it was your car that was getting sticky soda squirted on the back windshield? I know I would. Just for that moment.

Bo really likes kids, but at that moment he hated kids, especially that kid. Remember a moment is only a second long.

Hmm, now:

Bo:*after Rosco hands him his gun* I can't hold a gun Rosco, I'm on probation! *throws gun away*

Bo + Luke: *Ruuunnnn like the wind*

He just does it so smoothly! 8)

And of course my signature:

"Sure is a funny place to put a barn."

you'd almost thing that the Barn hit HIM not the other way around! :)

But if I can add a couple of John-not-Bo-but-Dukes-related quotes:

In the Reunion BBQ thing on the Season 1 special features, after he asks Sonny Shroyer what his favourite memory was and Sonny tells them all about a time when Cathy's shirt was a little open:

"No no no, you favourite MEMORY not your favourite MAMMARY!"

And on the commentary of Double Dukes, when Luke is trying to unstick one of the pedals:

"Hey Luke, LUKE, get out of there, this ain't Saturday night!"

Tsk tsk, naughty naughty... :lol::lol:

I love that one! John has some of the best quips. I heard a podcast recently where someone brought up the fact that he races with Jim Caviezel, and he responded, "God is my co-pilot!" :D

I don't remember the commentary for "Double Dukes." What season was that? I think I've only heard the commentary for "One-Armed Bandits" and "In This Corner, Luke Duke."

It was the second episode of season 4.

My best friend and I were listening to it, and we sat blinking for, well, it had to be about 10 seconds, before we absolutely BURST laughing! :D:lol:

Now where would I find that podcast?

Here's a good one between John and Cathy on the "And In This Corner, Luke Duke" commentary.

John: I look just like my daughter there!

Cathy: Karis... You know, I used to think her name was Paris... I thought you named her after where she was conceived.

John: Nope. It's Karis. If we'd named her after where she was conceived, her name would be "Lawn."

I almost fell in the floor!

He says that a lot, (well, at least twice), he said it in the comentary for OAB too. :)

I always thought that it should be the other way around (child looks like parent)
