Elly: He's really gone Pa? Jed: *nods* Enos: Anything I can do? I do not want to have to tell Daisy, but I'll have to. . .I know she'll be heartbroken. He was the only father she ever had.

Martha: *smiles* I love you children. . .your Uncle Jesee and I wouldn't have children if it weren't for you three.

Jed: *wraps his arms around her* Granny, he lived his life . . .I know you're going to meet your time sometime. . .when it comes. . .*sighs* Elly: *cries on Cooter's shoulder for her uncle*

Jesse takes the kids to church and then when they get home Martha is there with lunch waiting for them.

Then Jed walks up with Elly and Cooter who had just heard the news. Jed: Don't worry Granny. I'll get you through it . . .like you got me through loosing Ellen.

Jesse: Well, I'm going to do the chores and then we'll head off for church. I reckon your Aunt Martha is going to stay here with Bo.

Enos: She is Granny. . .She doesn't think it a lot of times, but she is. . .a lot stronger than I am. . .I only keep together because of the Sheriff station. . .inside I'm breaking.

Enos: I didn't mean that Granny. . .I know how you must feel too. . .It's just. . .that with the baby and all. . .I'm so worried about her. . .Lily too *tries to keep from crying*

(yikes) Enos: *swallows* I came over to check on Uncle Jesse. . .Daisy. . .bless her heart. . .I so torn up about it.

Enos: *turns around and almost faints* H-h-hey Granny.

Enos: Well how that turning out? I mean she's a little nuts to start with.

Jesse: I'm sorry kids. I thought it would be a good idea.

Enos: *nods* Well. . .what about Granny?

Jesse: Oh. . .I forgot about that. . .*looks at Martha* Well?

Enos: How's Granny taking it? I know Daisy will be crushed. She's at home with Lily now and she didn't even eat dinner. . .just went to bed and Lily's in there with her too. . .I'm really getting worried about our little one. . .with all the things happening.

Jesse: All right then. You and me will get started on it tonight and then we'll go tomorrow. Marhta: *nods* The next morning they all wake up and Jesse tells the kids about the plans.

Enos: You mean. . .he's . . .*swallows* dead?

Jesse: well, tomorrow's Sunday. . .I know we ain't gonna spoil them, but I was thinking that we'd take them on a drive after church. . .maybe a picnic do something to cheer them up.

Enos: *to himself* This can't be good* Enos: Hey Bo, what's going on? (going over my grandma's I'll be back later)

Jesse: I know darlin. I just wish we could give them more.

Enos: *rocks Lily in his chair for awhile singing a few songs to her* Lily why don't you go and see your mama for a few minutes? Lily: Okay Daddy Enos: Gets the twins and Brenna in bed and goes over to Uncle Jesse's

(I figured) Jesse sits down beside Martha.

Lily: How do you know that Daddy? Enos: *picks her up and carries her to his chair and starts singing Everything is Fine*

(Like the Judds?) Martha: *chuckles* Well. . .go on and play Daisy. . .I don't think Bo will be joining you anytime soon.

Lily: Like I lost mama? Like that daddy? Like I lost my sister? *looks at him and starts crying eventhough she doesn't really know why*
