Jesse: What should we do for her Doc?

Daisy: Harder than I'd think. . .since he was my Uncle, but he meant a lot to Enos also . . .I don't know.

Daisy: What's wrong Roscoe?

Doc: Well. . .she'll be all right eventually, but really does shock me. . .never figured on Daisy. . .well you know.

Later that night the two of them sit on the porch and watch the sun go down.

Daisy: I know it's hard Rosoce, but try to hang on. . .Enos really needs me right now. . .It's barely nine and he's almost gone through a whole jug of buttermilk.

The day is peaceful

Jesse calls doc who comes quickly. He is shocked, but not surprised to see Daisy in her state.

Jesse: Jeb was just a baby. What do you mean? Yeah. . .you boys get her inside and I'll go and call doc.

(oh yeah. . .I keep forgeting) Daisy: *trying not to cry* I know Roscoe. . .Enos won't be there today, I don't know that the boys will either. . .Think you can handle?

Jesse: *looks surpprised* What does that mean Luke?

Daisy heads back to the house and when she gets there calls up to the office and lets Boss and Roscoe know the news.

Jesse: Well get into the house. . .she'll be asleep for awhile *Just then Daisy decides to throw up*

Granny: I've been through it plenty times in my life. Daisy: I imagine. . .I need to go home and make sure Enos and the kids are okay.

Jesse: I'm dissapointed. . .don't get me wrong boys, but I knew this would happen eventually. . .You know how much she loved her Aunt.

Jed: *takes her into his arms* I know how you feel honey. . .Believe me. . .the day I lost Elly's mama. . .I know.

Bo: Don't worry Daisy. . .We'll get through it. . .somehow. . .funeral's in a couple days. *sighs*

Jesse: *nods* I know. . .Daisy's had a lot of pain she's hidden over the years.

(it's kay. . .I know who you mean) Jed: If there's anything I can do for you or Enos. . .let me know.

Just then Jesse starts walking toward them, a sad, yet knowing expression on his face. Jesse: What's wrong boys?

Jed: Hey honey.

Luke: Yeah, but we were the ones who were supposed to look out for her. Just then the boys looked toward the house and saw their uncle looking at them.

Then Jed comes in and sees the rest of them.

Luke: Her what about us? Why would he kill her?
