Meadowmufn got a reaction from Skipper Duke in Dog Collar Challenge
I think it's because the round robins have turned into Angry Birds.

I've been thinking about working on it, so I guess in my world that counts as "starting" it. Khee!

Thank you so much MM for all you do. You never get the thanks you deserve for your labor of love.....the HazzardNet. It's the best website on the internet and it's all because of you. You are what Hazzard County is all about. We love you. ❤

I concur. So, what I gather from your "plea" is... you remember Alex dancing in the rain and you don't know if he's positively touched anyone's life. Remind me not to hire you as a defense attorney if I should ever need one. LOL.

Question is, is the rest of Hazzard safe?

Meadowmufn got a reaction from Skipper Duke in Site was down
Hey, everybody. Sorry for the downtime today. The datacenter the HazzardNet server was in lost power while they were doing UPS maintenance. They had to migrate nodes to new servers due to filesystem corruption. I think HNet got through it relatively unscathed with minimal data loss, but if you notice any posts missing, that's why.

I like the spook-off idea. The loser gets, as a parting (departing?) gift...
GHOST POOP!!
That's as charitable as I get tonight.

Don't feel bad about it. Not everything is perfect in Hazzard and they occasionally had to tackle tough stuff. So it is here as well. You do what you feel you need to do, whether it's talk or wrap this thread up. Believe me, everyone will understand.

Roger, I am so sorry to hear this. No parent should have to bury their child. My thoughts and prayers are with you. We're here for you if you need to talk, either in public or private. Sending virtual hugs.

Thanks for all the love and support everybody. The HazzardNet is normally such a fun place and I felt bad about injecting this into it but I needed all the support I can get.....and folks here have always been like family. I have so much help from others that I would prefer to wrap this thread up so I can return to normalcy here on the HN. Of course real life will never be normal. I'll never heal. Normally popping a Dukes episode in fixes everything but not this time. But it certainly can be a small part of the therapy I'll need. Thanks again. I love you folks. ❤

Meadowmufn got a reaction from RogerDuke in R. I. P. Aneesh A. Sehgal
He was younger than I am. I think his 49th birthday would've been later this month.

Meadowmufn got a reaction from RogerDuke in R. I. P. Aneesh A. Sehgal
I am so sorry to hear this. I was in the fan club back in the day. Aneesh was very passionate about the show and was a huge part of keeping the fandom alive after the show finished its original run.

It's like they put Mr. Bean in a Johnny English scenario.
