"Daisy oh god honey I'm so sorry." Lizzy says sitting up and hugging her.

"Daisy what's wrong?" Bo asked. Lizzy cocked her head at her best friend giving her a curious look.

"How did I get so lucky to have you?" Lizzy asks.

"Boy or girl?" Lizzy asks.

"We? You've never had a puppy. I've had three. Sure they're alright most of the time but it's all that hard work. Get him a puppy but you'll be taking care of him when it comes time. And don't think giving Austin a puppy gets you out of giving me another child." Lizzy says.

"And who is going to be taking care of this puppy Bo?" Lizzy asks.

"Bo you're getting a six year old a puppy." Lizzy says.

"Mommy I don't want a little brother." Austin says. "Carmen says their pests and girls are icky." "Then what do you want?" Lizzy says. "Can we get a puppy?" Austin asks. "Sheriff Rosco's got a puppy and she's real sweet." Lizzy looks at Bo waiting for his answer.

"Hey Bo, what do you think about having another kid?" Lizzy asks.

"True. But it's their loss and our gain." Lizzy smirks.

"But hey we got our men in the end and they can't say anything about it." Lizzy says.

"I can guarantee Uncle Jesse said something like started it or not you should have been the bigger woman and not hit her at all." Lizzy says.

"Left me all alone to face those cheerleaders." Lizzy says.

"Two glorious weeks and then there was Beth-Anne the bane of my existence." Lizzy says.

"That was you that day?" Bo asks pulling Lizzy to lean against him. "What can I say you loved having girls fall at your feet." Lizzy says.

I agree on that one.

"I believe I ran into Bo and fell backwards on my butt. He being the gentleman he was offered me a hand up but you came in shouting at him for pushing me over and before he could explain what happened some senior Jock came up and started picking on me so both you and Bo jumped to my defense." Lizzy say smirking.

"Yeah I guess but I realized that didn't mean he loved me any less it just meant that he couldn't give me everything I wanted." Lizzy says.

"I really hope your right Daisy. Part of me always resented the fact my father didn't fight harder for me but then one day it hit me the kind of power my mom had over him." Lizzy sighs.

"Austin's probably angry with me for being away so long." Lizzy says.

"I just can't believe how much has changed here since I've been locked up." Lizzy says.

Back to the original topic. That new song by Darius Rucker called Alright. I don't know why but it fits. They didn't have much but as long as they had family and someone to love it makes it all better.

"Hey I know it hurts but...slowly you'll get over it and I'm back now so I'll help as much as I can." Lizzy says.

"It's alright." Bo answers. Then they all settle down to a dinner that has Lizzy stunned. "Bo Duke, my god where did you learn to cook? This is some of the best food I have ever tasted." Lizzy says. Bo grins and looks at Austin. "Sarah-Beth and a little from Daisy. When you left I was resigned to eating junk food and take out until Austin ran out of baby food. Sarah-Beth helped me out for a while until I was good enough to go about it on my own. And that is all she did for me." Bo says making sure everyone understands he's still devoted to Lizzy. She grins and nods. After being informed of most of the past four years everyone retires to the living room where the kids go to play and Lizzy is filled in on the more sensitive stuff.
