As far as the points system goes, I googled them and printed out the list on what place wins how many points. I'd never done that before, but it was pretty interesting to see. Now I know how they are getting their points when they say during the race that "Gordon just moved up to third in the Chase points." I was going to try to keep track during the race to see for myself, but I wasn't really concentrating that hard at that time. We got our bad news on about the fifth lap or so. Maybe this week I will try to keep track.
