I've been on a few nascar message boards and saw a lot of complaining about Digger the gopher. They say they don't want to be treated like children and subjected to kid's cartoons. But I think it's a good thing for the sport. I think it gets children interested too. My young cousins weren't really into the whole thing and wouldn't sit down to watch any of it. Now they wait for the cartoon to come on and will at least watch the first and the last of the race. They just can't sit still for the whole thing. So in my opinion, I think the cartoon is a good thing. And besides, I enjoy watching it myself. lol
