yeah I didnt get to meet john at first we were told that you had to have a ticket to meet him and a guy had an extra one and gave it to me so I gave it to my wife, then I went and stood in line with her untill I thought I had to get out but come to find out they quit taking tickets b/c so many ppl didnt get any so you could just get inline I was so close but atleast my wife got to meet him. She got her shirt autographed and got me a copy of collier and co. autographed.

yeah that pic is from cooters in gatlinberg, tn. That is from our dukesfest 05 trip i will post pics of it when I can they are all on floppy disc and our floppy drive dont work anymore. I will put more pics of of dukesfest 08 too. I also had our video camera with us and got some really good video of john signing autos. If i knew how to upload video I would.

I live in a small town and just outside of town at a farm house there is a 69 charger sitting beside a little shed, I am 23 and have been stopping out there for 9 years wanting to buy it, i have had my dad stop out back when i was 15 and getting my license, i have stopped out numerous times and have had my wife stop out and ask to buy it but they will not budge. It is just sitting there rotting away it makes me so mad to talk about it I just hope one day when I stop out that they will have a change of heart and sell it to me. Does anyone have any chargers in there hometown sitting or no of any for sale.

yes john drove a general but I think the steering wheel was blue very first episode one armed bandits when bo and luke pull over to wait for the fertilizer truck you can also notice that it has no back seat it is an actual stunt car. In episode two when bo luke and daisy are outfront of the recording studio notice that there is no roll bars in the general. And I would have to agree I dont think that is an tv original the interior looks way to nice unless it has been redone, but like tim said that takes away from the history and the value. I just ran across a webpage that has all of the surviving lees from the tv shows owners I will try to find it again and post it.

yeah i knew waylon owned one and shooter got one done i saw it on tv but it is alot different than the original. John and Tom sang the theme song for the first reunion movie " carryin on like we did before" love that song they sound so good togeather.

I went to dukesfest 08 and didnt have time to look at all of the filming locations well just got to drive through conyers. Since gas alot cheaper I talked to my wife and my cousin and I are gonna drive down here in a month or two. Really excited, just wanted to share the news.
