Hank nodded. "Well...you be careful...next time might be yer leg..."

"I could always take her with me...I'm sure she wouldn't mind..."

Hank shook his head. "Maybe I can take a ride out there...see what I can find..."

"Good boy Splinter...the caves? Shouldn't be nothin there..." said Hank with a frown.

Jesse nodded. "Thank ya for yer help."

Jesse nodded. "Well good...good...can we see him?"

Hank stroked Splinter's mane. "Where exactly were you?"

Jesse sat in the waiting room flipping through a maazine, looking up when the doctor came out. "How's my boy?"

Hank frowned. "Pretty deep, huh?"

"Shhhh...easy boy you know Joe don't wanna hurt you," said Hank struggling to hold the stallion's head back.

Jesse started in on his sandwich as well.

Hank instinctively sat behind his head rubbing his neck but holding his head firmly so that Joe would not get bit.

Jesse finished paying and nodded, going to the table and sitting down with his own tray. "Now eat...."

Jesse put a sandwhich on his tray to, going to the cashier and paying for both his and Bo's food.

Hank frowned entering the stall and looking at the gash. "How'd he do that?!" he asked scratching behind the horse's ears.

Jesse followed him getting a tray upon arriving there and setting a cup of coffee on it.

Hank looked at Lorraine. "S'cuse me darlin...I'll be right back...." he said slowly getting up and following Joe out.

Jeremiah fowned. "A gash?" "You need help with him?" asked Hank knowing frm the look on his face that Joe was worried.

Jesse nodded and stood up. "Sounds good."

Jeremiah looked at him. "Well there he is but uh...what are yu a huntin for boy?" Hank looked up at him as he came through the door. "You alright? You look like the devil's after ya."

Jesse smiled at him. "Would ya like a cup of coffee?"

Hank smiled back a dimpled grin. She was the prettiest thing he had seen in a month of Sundays. "Where's Joe?" he asked. Lucinda smiled. "I think he just got back."

"Maybe ya bettter take a nap while ya can son."

"Gotta admit. Was a good plan while it lasted."

Jesse smiled. "I dunno how many times Luke got away with that just to get some shine....'tl I caught on. Started taking him to the doc for his ailments...he healed right quick."
