" Unlce Jesse stormed into the house Bo following behind to talk to Dixie, Uncle Jesse reached for the phone and dialed the jails number. ~~~~~~ In the jail Lori sat on the bunk and never spoke to Luke, she didn't want to anymore, if she was she didn't want to bother his plans with Dixie and ruin it... Loraine sighed as that was a close call, she walked in noting that Lucindia was the only one up, she was setting in the living room sewing. Loraine smiled at the wuietness of the house, first real peace and quiet shes had all day. Loaraine looked up to Hank and whispered sos not to disturb the peace," I wanna thank ya again fer letting me stay here with ya'll."

Loraine laughed at hank's expression, Trigger whinnied at him as to be laughing right along with Loraine. Loraine turned took Trigger's tack off of him and setting it in the barn tying trigger up to the rail outside, patting on him,"Night boy, ill see ya in the mornin." Trigger whinnied at her and kept and eye on Hank.

Loraine mumbled under her breath,"I....know why Hank." Loraine quickly thought up of an excuse,"Well, it is ya know...that...uh...well this is embarrassing, lets just say when its that time female horses dotn like female women." Loraine knew that wasnt it but couldnt tell hank that.

Lori replied,"Yea Luke, this is gonna be hard fer me to tell cooter, he-- he probably wouldve seen it comin anyways,if not from you from another man." Luke looked to Lori and shook his head,"Lori, I dont think you're a whore, it wouldn't be right fer me too think that, thats hypocricy." Lori smiled alittle"Thanks Luke, the doc said not to be too worried though i may be pregnant, hes waitin on the last results, he said it take about a week to come back." Loraine shook her head, she knew Fly could sense danger and Loraine was danger. Loraine took Trigger and backed him up as Trigger got excited easily around other horses. Loraine looked to Hank and smirked,"Uh Hank, dont think Fly likes me awfully sorry shes giving ya the cold shoulder."

Loraine kissed him back, laughing softly to him. As they arrived at the farm Loraine could see the soft glow of the oil lamp flickering in the window. She slwoed Trigger down to a trot and stopped at the barn doors looking in seeing Fly looking to hank.

Loraine looked up into the evening sky, turning from a purple-pink to a black, she saw the evening star and smiled,"Sure is beautiful tonight." She turned her attention back towards the front to focus harder on the roads ahead.

Loraine picked up the reins and "ya" Trigger, Trigger rearing up and galloping off, she raised up a tad to let trigger get a little more speed, still letting Hank keep hold to her waist, they came upon a log and Loraine smiled she turned to look to Hank,"Hang on Darlin," as they bounded over the log.

Loraine took his hand and followed him out, noting Frank giving her the signal to meet him there in his room to talk about the plan. Loraine nodded and walked over to Trigger, "Alrigth boy, lets give Hank the ride of his life" Loraine said hopping onand smiling to Hank.

Loraine looked outside as it grew dark,"Well Hank, I reckon we bes be headin back, check on Fly fore it get stoo late in the night." Loraine straightened up and smoothed her ruffled dress out.

Loraine chuckled and said,"Ok, just wonderin." Loraine walked over to were Hank was a put her hand on his arm, giving him a charming smile, slowly sipping the beer he had bought for her down slowly. "Thank ya."

Loraine looked at Dixie and had a puzzled look on her face,"So, uhh Dixie, did Frank say anywhere abouts as to were he was headed when he was in here?, maybe ...ahhh.....talkin bout one o' his buddies Jesse?" Loraine needed to know were Frank was headed so when the Dukes wen tot bed she could sneak out and go find him.

Loraine chuckled and looked to Hank,"A beer'd be fine, I iant use to no champagne anyways." Loraine looked down and back out the window to see were Frank had run off to.

Loraine looked down at the ground and then to Hank and smiled,"Yea, ya wanna drink one fore we head out? we're here anyways and Hes done got me a little riled."

Loraine looked down and back outside,"He...uh...he is a friend...not a very close friend o' mine...but....uh friend. Loraine wondered,"Is Hank catching on?" She hoped not.

Loraine watched Frank ride off Jesse coming from in behind the saloon,"I...Im fine Hank, thanks." Loraine knew Frank wanted to leave but she had t' wait til the time was right to put her plan in action.

Loraine winced as she saw Frank go a sailing she walked in to Dixie and looked to her,"Ya'll right?" Loraine looked to Frank as he stood back up and drew for his gun, Loraine had her hand at her side, she had a gun hidden in under her dress, she mouthed the words to Frank."Not yet, give me more time." Frank brushed past Hank and hit Loraine on the way out,"Im bout tired of waiting!" Loraine wanted to slug him but knew she couldnt, he'd kill her.

Loraine whirled Trigger towards the tying up post and hopped off, "C'mon, I gotta check something out...." She walked over to the door and peeped in a she saw Frank aggravatin Dixie, he wouldnt leave her alone,"That aitn good!"

Loraine chuckled as she made a "ya" sound and nudged Trigger in the side, Trigger whinied and spun around galloping off. The wind whipping through their hair Loraine looked as she saw Frank headin into the bar Loraine shook her head,"That aint good."

ok that explains it then thanks. hey dixie nachelle01 heres my thoughts on that, glad to know i wasnt the only one i had an idea to keep the dukes on tv, maybe if we convince TVland that th edukes of hazzard will up their ratings more if they put it back on tv again, we could possible keep the dukes on tv, we gotta get enough people to agree though if yall wanna try it, cause im sorry i dont wanna see the dukes taken off tv, reply here if your intersted to sign a petition by sunday i can have one started, i got a bunch of people from my school who would agree.
