Lori,"Yea, ill be the first to tell ya, love sucks, it aint no picnic!!! if she makes ya happy thats all that matters! I thought Jack made me happy but i was wrong Bo. i was too blinded by love to know what i was doing." Lori sighed and looked at the ceiling she was thinking of what to do now. she was overwhlemed with joy that her and Bo was friends, that was all that mattered to her.

Lori smiled at Bo, "AWWWWW...... yea she was a good friend of mine, im happy fer ya bo, do ya think shes the one fer ya?" Lori was soo happy for Bo, she finally figured out what she was going to do when she got out of the hospital but easnt going to say it just yet though.

Lori smiled and looked to him,"whats her name?" "you've had it now Bo Duke, i know who yer courtin!!!""tell me allll about her!" Lori laughed she was interested in Bo's girlfriend.

Lor looked to Bo confused, "Bo, not unless you dont wanna talk about her, then I dont wanna know but i dont mind, heck i aint going no wheres" Lori wondered why he woudnt say, he had a headache, he probably didnt wanna talk,:I aint gonna make ya tell me nothing you dont want too"

Lori looked to him,"Uh huh, the usual!" Loir laughed, and looked to Bo,:Now that don't seem like the Bo i know, not without a pretty little lady clung to him by his side." Lori smiled at him,"But I'd say Luke probably kept ya busy though." Lori knew Bo probably didnt have anytime with a girl because he was busyt helping luke through his time.

Lori sighed and laughed,"Ok Bo, Im really glad you decided to give me a second chance, if things would only go as good with me and Luke, I know I finally got my wish, to see him happy, and to see......... Lori thought about it,"to see you happy too." Lori looked to Bo and smiled,"So Bo, what habe you been doing since the last time I saw you 5 years ago?"

I absolutely love the idea of Luke being a father, Im already interested in this one!!! LoL keep up the good work guys!

Lori shook her head and laughed then she turned to Bo again and said,"Well, yea I guess, Bo if your feeling up to it, how would you like to get to know the old Lori, the rough and tough not crying yer eyes out cause things dont go your way shout at ya fer no reason girl anymore, i aint spoiled and rich either, i have ya know i aint got a dime to my name, i gave the money to the orphange. Bo, i miss not being able to cobfide in you with ym problems anymore, although with the problem i have now i cant talk to ya about it, wish I could but im afraid of getting hurt worser than Luke had gotten hurt." Lori looked to Bo and laid he rhead on the pillow, she was getting weak again from setting up and decided to lay down, not wanting to sleep, she was in good company and didnt want to sleep.

Lori looked down, and back up,"But, Bo....I did understand, after he told me I understood, I really did, Bo im sorry I tore him up but I didn't think I did that bad though." she winced at the sound of her words. "Bo, I......I..... got over Luke after that day and I....I.... Lori stopped in mid sentence and looked away quickly, she had this little thing for Bo then but he never knew it, she was too much inlove with Luke to even think about how bad she probably hurt Bo. Lori propped her hand under her chin and looked to Bo. "I am honestly sorry though Bo, you've heard it a million times before and I know you're use to it, but this time I am. Im sorry for yelling at you then in the treehouse." Lori looked at him puzzled, then she thought,"I wonder.......... if maybe......" she shook her head and got rid of the idea, knowing it wasn't true now. "Hows the two lovebirds holdong up out there?" Lori asked a smirk on her face.

Lori looked at Bo and smiled, "Yea, i know what ya mean there,Bo when I was here, 5 years ago, did I really cause that much pain to you and Luuke?" Lori had asked him that hoping he'd give her an answer and praying that he'd say the truth.Truth was she could'nt ask the question she'd been wanting too. Lori had always thought back then that Bo had like dher when she came back 5 years ago, but he'd always denied it, Lori wondered why, Bo, at least she never, thought, that when he liked a girl he'd always let her know. They always say the one you've been looking for is always right there in frotn of you, maybe it was Bo, maybe it wasn't Lori couldnt tell anymore.

Lori looked to Bo again and giggled alittle:Alright then Bo, take ya nap there in the chair and get some rest... I wont let no one disturb ya. unles sits Luke, i dont recon i can stop him." Lori pushed her hair back and set up again looking through the doors.

Lori shook her head,"I aint in one of the best moods either, dont ya know!!!!" She looked down at the IVs jabbing threw her,"If you want me to be quiet then ill go back to sleep and leave ya alone, let ya be in the quiet, thanks fer trying to talk to me though."Lori shook her head and looked to him, noticing how much she felt "feelings" fo him now, she couldnt stop looking at him. she looked into his soft eyes and quickly turned her head away her fave redder than an apple. "Bo, im sorry, i realized I think I hurt you more than I did Luke really I may not have but I think I did..."Lori looked to Bo and rubbed her eyes"I just dont know anymore Bo, I dont know what Im going to do when i get outta this dump!"

Cooter pulled in driving by Luke, flagging him down.Luke pulled over and Cooter got out to talk to him,"Hey, Lukas, were ya headed?"Luke replied"Ahhhh I dunno just somewheres i guess?""Well, hey there buddy why dotn ya come to Lover's Rock with me and help me tow a car."Luke looked at Cooter like he was stupid,"Coo.....""I know, I know, i dunno who it is." Cooter said rolling his eyes, Luke started the engine and cooter go tinto his tow truck, they pulled out and arrived at Lover's Rock,"Hey, Luke you notice something about hat there vehicle?" Luke looked, squinting his eyes, yea thats Lori's car!" Cooter scratched his head as he Went to work towing her car, Luke whatched him and said,"Cooter, I'll head on to the jail and talk to her, I dunno how that'll go over but ill go."luke said sighing truth was he didnt wanna talk to Lori he knew he hurt her all because he was clueless that she loved him. He pulled out and headed to the jail. When he walked in Lori heard someone coming down the stairs and ran to the bars, her hands gripping them. "Luke?! what are you doing here?" Luke replied,"Well I came one to talk to you and ask how in the world you go tin here and two we need to talk. Luke pulled up a chair close to the bars and looked through to her, her brown eyes shining at his sky blue ones. Luke began............. ~~~~~~~~~~ Meanwhile at the bar...............

Lori jumped a little at the sound of the beautiful blondes voice,"Bo..... Bo you feelin alright??" "your....actually talkin to me?!" Lori was shocked at hoe Bo had set down beside of her and actually started a conversation, Lori sat up a little,"AOUCH!!!!!! dang it, stupid IV's!!!!!"

Beth hoped Dixie would just stop and think a minute before she replied or reacted. Dixie said in a raised voice,"COOTER DON'T YA KNOW HOW TO LEAVE APERSON ALONE WHEN SHES PISSED?!!!!" Dixie looked aroundas everyone stared at her, Luke turned around to see Dixie get up, her eyes not an orange, but a black color. Bo looked to Beth and Beth stood up rubbing Dixie's shoulders saying calmly to her,"Ease up Dix, he's only trying to help." Luke looked at Valerie and said,"Not tonight darlin' i aint in no mood shape or fashion, im sorry." Luke got up and walked out of the Boar's Nest. kicking dirt around again and running towards the general. Bo walked out and said,"Now hold on a min....." luke looked to Bo his cheeks set,"Take me home Bo i want to go home!" Bo quickly grabbed Beth and put her in the general,Luke following after her then Bo, they sped off towards the farm, Dixie turned to look to Cooter,"GEE THANKS BROTHER!!!!" Cooter looked ar her and sarcastically remarked,"Your welcome, what id do now?" Dixie rolled her eyes and ran off. ~~~~~~ The noise in the bushes was Rosco sneaking up he'd heard Lori barreling down the highway, followed her and was going to arrest her. "Alright Lori, Come on now i caught ya speeding, that s a naughty naughty. Lori rolled her eyes and by some chance had easily given up and got in the patrol car, arms croseed. Rosco looked astonished and went along with it,"Ohh Rosco tell Cooter to haul my car to his garage I want it there whenever i get outta the big house." Lori said with a smirky smile. Rosco had looked to her and said...... ~~~~~~ Meanwhile Luke........

Lori looked to Bo and nodded,"Why Lord yea Bo ill be alright, I aint going no weres anyways,but thanks for asking." Lori crossed her arms she was angry she couldnt get out of that danged bed. Lori looked to Luke wanting to put her two sense in on the conversation. "Luke, now i know im the last person you'd want advice from, but don't walk away from someone who wants to love you, and she loves you with all her heart and soul. Luke, go get her..... you love her and I know you don't wanna get hurt again, like I hurt you, but she won't do it to you Luke, she told you the truth because she loves you and cares for you. Luke don't let her go you'll never forgive yerself if you do." Lori didn't want to see him hurt again as bad as she hurt him. Lori looked down at the foot of the bed and thought about what she would do when she got out of the hospital, she wanted to leave Hazzard but running from her fears wasn't going to solve anything. She then thought about what her Bo and Luke would be when she got out, she wanted more than this world that they could all be friends again.

As Lori saw the hurt and the pain in Luke's eyes, seeing it she almost cried herself but retained and looked to Luke and softly spoke with the gentlist of words,"Luke, if you want to know the truth I'll tell ya, and i quote her when I say this.... "I want to be with him Lori...he's...he...he means more to me than you'll ever understand..." "He is someone special to me Lori...I love him...I always have done...he's a part of me, as much as my own heart is a part of me...that night we met in the Marines, something just clicked between us and...ever since a part of me has been begging to feel his arms around me again...to feel his lips carress mine..." Lori looked at Luke and then to Bo,"Thats what she said and she meant it too."
