  1. "Oh yeah, when?" Bo said with a smirk.
  2. Bo grinned, seeing he was eaisly winning. "You can't think of one can ya....you can't think of one instance where this is useful...."
  3. Bo sat up on the bed, crossing his legs. "Ok, gimme one example so far outside of school where you's had to use this exact method of workin somethin out and i'll do it." He challenged with his arms folded.
  4. "Because the way they're supposed to be done is as useless as they way they're not supposed to be done. I am never gonna randomly one day just sit down an go, I think these numbers need to be mucked around with to make a new number...just for the heck of it!" Bo countered back, rolling back onto his front but having to close his eyes with a small giggle as it gave him a head rush.
  5. "Just because its not the answer they're lookin for, don't mean its the wrong answer. If you do it that way you still get a right answer for that way of doin the sum....dont make it wrong..." Bo countered back in a sing song voice, twiddling his thumbs, his blonde curls bouncing even though his head was upside down.
  6. LOL I only looked at the question cause I kept getting emails saying this thread has been updated. I guess C on this one too...
  7. Bo was laying on his bed on his back, his head flopped over the end so he was looking at Luke upside down as well as the math book Luke was trying to show him. He really didn't care whether you had to do to the numbers to get the answer, but trying to get Luke to give up on him was always a challenge, and it was rare Bo Duke ever backed away from a challenge....less it was a homework one, that didn't count. "Doesn't make any sense, why can't you do it the other way around?"
  8. Bo grinned as he swallowed down some sandwich, winking a little. "Well it takes a lot of practise...." He commented with a chuckle, heading back into the lounge to sit next to Luke, passing him one of the sandwiches as well. "Course, it took a lot more to raise Luke's...although there was one time I really managed it that I can remember. You rarely gave up on me Luke but there was this one time...."
  9. "Well I know that! It was delibrate! If I was ornery then eventually anyone who was tryin t'teach me would just give up and i'd not have t'do it! I had a plan!" Bo retorted back with a smirk, eating some more sandwich.
  10. Bo nodded, going to the kitchen to get a drink, picking up one of the sandwiches that Daisy had made. "I never liked any of my teachers....not even Luke."
  11. Bo chuckled with a nod. "Boy do I remember....was one of the rare occasions you got the woodshed 'stead of one of us two..."
  12. Bo shook his head a little, smiling to himself. Too many times had he skipped school with Luke, and while Luke didn't really get into trouble for it Bo was always the one who got the phone call home. He wasn't exactly stupid, he just wasn't academic. He didn't want to sit in a boring old classroom and learn different ways to do things with numbers he would never again use in his life. He didn't want to be forced to sit and read boring books, he didn't want to be forced to figure out the equation for time, distance and space. All he had ever cared about was racing, cars and girls. Once or twice he had even been bold enough to tell Jesse and Lavinia that....hadn't ended well of course but he had been bold enough to tell them. "Oh come on...you two were better than me at any rate. All I ever heard from my teachers was Why can't you be more academic like your cousins. You might have skipped school Luke but yer grades were high enough to be compared to."
  13. Bo shut the picture album carefully and returned it to the shelf just as carefully. There were very few things that the Dukes owned, but the photo albums were the most prized out of all of them. He'd give up everything if he could keep the photo albums that held the pictures of their life, people they had lost and memories he had forgotten that others could tell him about. Chuckling a little he turned back to look at his cousins, shaking his head. "Course.....when it came t'school there weren't hardly anyone I listened to..."
  14. Bo smiled a little at that, more than anything he had always wanted to make his Uncle and his Aunt proud of him. Through his life they were the only parents he had ever known and to him there was no one else better suited to raise him. As long as they were proud of him, as long as he did right by them then that was all he was worried about. "She'd be proud of you too Luke....and Daisy."
  15. Bo chuckled, shaking his head. "Now that ain't entirly true...I listened and did what you said when it really really mattered..." he countered back with fondness. He would always listen to Luke when there was something important on the line they needed to do. He trusted Luke to lead him to do the right thing although now he was starting to be able to do it himself.
  16. Bo shrieked with childish laughter, wriggling in Luke's arms hard before resorting to putting more bubbly hand prints all over Luke. In his hair, on his face, on his clothes...anywhere he could slap his little hands he did.
  17. Bo looked up at him, giggling before shaking his head and slapping his hand gently on Luke's face, creating a child sized, bubbly hand print on his face....which in turn prompted a fit of childish giggles from the little boy.
  18. Hey Rog! Its been a while since I spoke to you too! Real life just getting in the way of Hazzard time I guess, sheesh real life just doesn't understand LOL. I'm having an ok summer, filled with cheerleading and friends and family. Its nice :) Has its moments but its nice. How bout you, how's things going with you?

  19. Bo walked with Luke as he led him to the bethroom, still chattering on about his ant...what he'd call it, how long it would live, what he would feed it. He didn't care no one was listening, he was quite happy just chattering about it to himself, not stopping until they reached the bathroom and he had to stop to concentrate to get up on the stool. Watching as Luke squeezed the soap into his hands, he giggled and rubbed his hands together....creating a bubbly lather...before clapping his hands together gleefully and making them fly all about the bathroom and into Luke's hair. "Wheee!!"
  20. "Almost, why dont you three go get yerself washed up?" Lavinia said with a smile to them, just putting the last few bits on the sandwiches. "Auntie! I founded a liddle ant, I founded lots of liddle ants and one cwaled up my arm and it tickled and it was liddle but Wuke made me put it back."
  21. Bo nodded a little, putting his other finger by the ant and watching as it crawled onto it before moving it back to the tree with its family. Dusting himself off, he stood up with a grin. "Can you swing by yerself Daisy? You's bigger dan me so you could swing by yerself!"
  22. Bo looked up with a grin on his face as Luke spoke to him, not really hearing what his older cousin was saying. He held up his little finger with the ant on it. "Lookit! Lil' bug! It's liddle like me!" He shrieked happily, his eyes going a little cross eyed as he watched the ant start to make his way up his arm. "Tickles..."
  23. Bo giggled as he put his finger on the bark of the tree, watching with glee as one of the little ants crawled onto his finger and started to march solidly along his finger.
  24. Bo however didn't hear, way too absorbed in the more interesting task of following the chicken all the way to the tree in the yard....where instead he then became fascinated with the little ants making their way up the tree.
