  1. "But how's he gonna help her? He ain't here t'give her cuddles an' bring her juice an' ice cream...an' kisses on da forehead an' stuffs..." Bo replied back innocently, naming all the things their aunt would do for them when they were ill.
  2. Bo sat down on the bed again, frowning a little. "But I wanna take care o'Auntie...."
  3. "Sick?" Bo asked, his eyes widening a little before he tried to crawl out of Luke's lap, saying in a slightly higher tone and quicker pace. "Then we gotta go home! Auntie always looks after us when we's sick! We's gotta look after her!"
  4. Bo looked up at him with big innocent blue eyes as Luke picked him up and hugged him close, biting his lip before asking quietly. "Why is everyone so sad..."
  5. Bo just sat still while she did, not having done much of anything for a few days now. For him, this was his first time thinking about losing someone he loved...losing a parent. For Bo, the only parents he had known were Jesse and Lavinia since he was 6 months old. If you asked the 7 year old to pick his parents out of a bunch of photographs, he'd instantly point to Jesse and Lavinia. He was Lavinia's baby boy and treated him as such all the time...even now little Bo missed her hugs and wanted to get back home to give her one. He wasn't even thinking about the idea that she may not be there when they got home... Daisy meanwhile was fast asleep. She had spent most of the night crying softly into her pillow down the other end of the bed until she had cried herself to sleep later that night.
  6. Jesse sighed softly as he put down the phone, having finished making the second to last call of the terrible day that had really only just started and sure wasn't going to get any eaisier before it was out either. Leaning against the wall a little, he glanced around the old farmhouse with a deep sense that something was now missing....it was unmistakable...her singing wasn't in the kitchen whilst she made breakfast...the scent of her shampoo she used in the shower wasn't coming from the bathroom...the sight of her beautiful figure wasn't cuddled close in his arms anymore....she was gone. Swallowing hard, he looked back to the phone and tried to steel himself for what he had to do next. When things had taken a downhill decent overnight, Jesse had sent the three cousins off to spend the night with Cooter and his folks...now he had to bring them home...and somehow tell them that another person was gone from their young lives.
  7. Bo nodded a little, patting his shoulder supportivly, knowing he was probably thinking about Candy. Whenever her name was mentioned he tended to go quiet and thoughtful. "Alright..."
  8. Bo frowned as he did, glancing to him. "You ok cousin? You know I don't mean it right..." As much as he loved to tease Luke, sometimes he knew he pushed things too far and he didn't want to argue about things when everything was going so nicely. Also, he hated to disappoint or upset his family if he could help it.
  9. Bo grinned, stretching lightly with a yawn. He loved these lazy days when all the chores were done, the sun was shining and the birds were singing. Sometimes, just sitting with his family and bantering was the best way to spend it.
  10. Bo smirked back, shaking his head and patting his shoulder. "You keep tellin' yerself that...it must make ya feel better..."
  11. "I'll give it to ya though...she sure is pretty...I wonder how different it would be if she'd gotten t'me first." He said with a grin and a wiggle of his eyebrows.
  12. Hey Uncle Jesse! ;)

Ain't things too bad over this side, no bad guys t'speak of an the weather is real nice ;) What's things like where you are?

  13. Bo nodded with a small grin, chuckling. "I can only imagine what it was like between ya before I did....I'll bet you didn't hardly talk t'each other 'cause you was stutterin' too much."
  14. Hey! :D

I know, real life has been catching up with me lately, i've been so busy! I'm doing well though, how about you?

  15. Bo chuckled and shook his head, looking at Daisy. "Brunette? You gotta be kiddin. The only girl I have ever seen make Luke go completly into nervous mode over was Candy Dix and that includes Amy Creevy. He was more in love with her car than her."
  16. "Oh hush, I ain't the only guy ever to have fallen head over heels for a woman Lukas." Bo retorted back with a roll of his eyes, although he really didn't like being reminded about her.
  17. Bo gave a serious nod, putting his milk glass on the small table in the lounge before sitting back against the back of the couch. "That's true...but then again you only taught me the basics cousin, the rest of it I figured out and perfected on my own...course then I had to teach you what i'd figured out which never went down well..." He retorted back with a grin. He wasn't being big headed, Luke really had taught him a lot about girls being 4 years older than the youngest Duke Boy, and it had helped a lot when he came to tackle the jungle that was High School. Luke knew how thankful he was for that already, he didn't need telling millions of times. No, again Bo was just having fun bantering with his cousins. It wasn't very often they just got to sit around reminising and joking about times gone by long ago.
  18. Bo grinned but stuck his tongue back out at her before finishing off the last of his milk.
  19. "Like I said back then to Luke. Show me one instance in my life where I am ever gonna need to use those math problems then i'll learn it. Until then, I know how to do the basics, that's all I'll ever need. Then if there's something harder I need to work out, well that's what calculators are for." He retorted back, swallowing down the last of his milk.
  20. Bo shook his head, raising an eyebrow at Daisy. "I didn't do it the wrong way, I did it in a way that I got another answer that was correct for doing it that way. Just because they were too slow t'figure that out weren't no fault of mine....least I never failed my spelling tests cause I was too busy lookin out for pretty girls....or in your case, the boy who sat across the room." He retorted back with a raised eyebrow.
  21. Bo snorted, taking the milk Daisy handed to him with a thankful smile before looking back to Luke. "You liar, you just couldn't think of anythin. Admit it, I was right and you were wrong for once..."
  22. Bo chuckled, finishing his sandwich with a shake of his head. "I was right though, you couldn't think of an example could ya?"
  23. Bo ducked as the book was thrown across the room, watching as Luke stormed out the room very soon after before laying back on his bed and stretching out with a grin. "No point at all."
  24. "Nu uh, now that don't count cause that ain't outside of school!" Bo replied back, his sing song voice back as he shook his finger at Luke with a grin.
