  1. Wanna hear Rosco swear? Wanna hear Luke insult a rabbit? I will get the link I promise, but on You Tube there is a video of real Dukes of Hazzard outtakes which are so funny :-) You gotta see em.
  2. Cooter shook his head. "As much as I wish we could help them, we just can't. Luke's gotta get his head in gear and workin' straight to be able to see what he's doin' and what it could cost him....and until Cassie's gone, if she's ever gone, there ain't a snowball's chance in hell that Bo's gonna stick around...heck after what Luke's doin'.,..i'd be surprised if Bo ever considered coming back for good at all...once he gets on the NASCAR track and leads that life...it can be pretty addictive for some people...."
  3. As soon as the words 'Bo's gone missing' slipped past Luke's lips, Cooter had swallowed and signalled B.L. to go get changed and start the car, waiting until Luke had finished, allowing him time to clam his voice so it sounded perfectly normal and confident even though inside he was just as worried as Luke was by the sounds of Luke's slightly frantic and shaky one. "You bet ya buddyroo, B.L's started up the cars now, we'll be there in two shakes of a lambs tail. Don't worry, he can't have gone far. He'll be just fine, you'll see."
  4. Cooter sighed and ran a hand down his face. "You gotta remember Dusty...Bo nearly died because of that girl and he still has to be in the hospital once a week to keep getting treatment...she ruined his life as well as Luke's and yet Luke doesn't seem to give a damn about it and Uncle Jesse's supporting Luke...he feels like he doesn't matter anymore...and as frightened as he is, although he won't admit it, personally I can see why he wants to go."
  5. Sorry but I boycott the Coy and Vance epsiodes so I wouldn't really know lol.
  6. I did ask him on myspace but he didn't repsond, he's a very busy man you know! lol, yes one of my friends saw a picture of him that was taken after that article was posted and he still has all his gorgeous blonde locks in tact :-)
  7. Cooter smiled, nodding. "Of course...provided that nothing happens between now and then that we're needed for..."
  8. Doc Walker could see Micheals struggling underneath the news that he had the unfortunate job of delievering, never feeling sorrier for a family or the doctor that had started the treatment with the hopes of getting the patient back to full health as she did now. Stepping forward she indicated Jesse to sit down, sighing gently before saying. "Because of the hole there is sever internal bleeding with the surgeons are trying to stem now. The damage to his stomach means that they have to perform a Gastrectomy....removing part of his stomach. Now, this is usually a fairly simple proceedure....but with Bo's weakness from the Chloera and now his loss of blood...as well as possible damage from the acids leaking to other organs....we don't know...if he'll even survive the surgery....there is a high chance that he could die on the table if not in recovery...if he comes through the surgery, we'll get him started on a course of medication that will slowly replenish the stomach lining...but I have to warn you...the chances of that happening are very slim....I'm sorry...."
  9. Cooter groaned as he heard ringing and very nearly turned over and went back to sleep again, until he realized the source of the noise was coming from the telephone. Looking to the clock and noting the time, Cooter could guess who was calling and why and swiftly ran out the bedroom into the hall and picked up the telephone, seeing B.L. come worriedly out of her room too. "You got Cooter Davenport on this end, what's happened Luke?"
  10. Bo meanwhile was busy wandering the roads in the shadows, trying to control himself as he focused on trying to find his way back to the farm. There were so many noises around him and Bo very nearly screamed whenever something brushed his shoulder or leg or something moved in front of him...but he knew he had to get home...he had to get home before those doctors found him again...if he could get home Luke would portect him...at least he hoped so....
  11. Cooter sighed and kissed the top of her head softly. "I know what you mean....but as long as Cassie's got a hold on Luke...there really isnt anything we can do except hope Luke realises what he's doing and comes to his senses."
  12. "We don't know how long he's been missing for, but we're doing everything we can to find him. We don't know where he could have gone or where he's headed but we thought you best be informed. Were very sorry Mr Duke..." she said before hanging up the phone.
  13. Uh....I thought he was going Boar Hunting. That's what he says in the episode...at the beginning but also at the very end when he wakes up out of his amnesia and he goes "Well what am i doin' here...I thought I was supposed to go Boar Huntin'?"
  14. Cooter sighed softly and nodded, still holding her close. "Well o'course i'll have ya here Darlin'...but you gotta think of what this'll do to Luke too....knowing Uncle Jesse he's probably told Luke we'd all support him in his decisions...having Bo run out on him will be tough but to leave him with only Uncle Jesse supporting him...that's gonna hurt him Dusty..."
  15. Jesse swallowed and looked to Luke as he wondered if it was a good idea that Luke be here to hear what the doc's had to say. From the looks on their faces it was not good news...however the stubborn, determined look on his oldest son's face told him that under no circumstances was he leaving, shooting the same glare at Doc Walker who had already started to move over to him to suggest he go back to his own room. She was instantly stopped in her tracks and knew that arguing with Luke would only stress him more than hearing the news and that was not something they needed. Finally Jesse, spoke, asking softly and worriedly. "What's wrong with my boy?" Doc Micheals sighed softly and scrubbed a hand down his face before answering gently. "There's a dense layer of mucous lining your stomach and intestines, which forms an effective barrier against corrosion. Under normal conditions, the mucous is renewed faster than it's eaten away by acids and enzymes. If for some reason the rate of mucous renewal should drop, however, the barrier slowly erodes, exposing the tissues of the stomach wall to injury: an ulcer. If the ulcer occurs at the site of a major blood vessel, it can cause internal bleeding, or if the ulcer perforates the stomach wall, the membrane lining the abdominal cavity can become inflamed....or eventually cause a hole...I'm afraid in Bo's case...the ulcer he's probably had for quite a while in prison has ruptured and caused a hole in his stomach wall...probably down to the stress his body is already under with fighting the Cholera..."
  16. "Hello Mr Duke, this is the Atlanta Mental Institute....we're afraid that your nephew Beauregard Duke...has gone missing..."
  17. (Uh...you need to read back in the story Dusty...its been a year since Luke last saw Cassie and while he isnt the same as he used to he's not that badly affected. He used to be, but a year on he's not doing that anymore.)
  18. Cooter frowned, that didn't sound like Uncle Jesse at all. In times like this, he would encourage the family to stick together and most certainly wouldn't let anyone move out if he could help it, Bo was going to have a hard enough time convincing him of it as it was. "You mean you WANT to move out and are asking me before you tell Uncle Jesse what your planning...."
  19. Cooter continued to hug her close, rocking her softly. Boy he wished Luke could look past his own hurt at what Cassie had done to him and see how much she had hurt his whole family. He knew Luke wanted to mend things with her and probably get back together with her again and help her off the drugs....but personally Cooter didn't know why he bothered. By the looks of her, Cassie probably wouldn't be able to survive the effects of withdrawal let alone rehabilitation and anyway, he didnt think a person like her deserved to live anyhow. Luke had nearly lost Bo because of her and now it was like Bo didn't even matter to him anymore, let alone the rest of his family. No, Cassie was trouble and Luke was so blinded by his own foolishness that he refused to see that. Maybe he was wrong in what he had said to Bo....it was seeming more and more like Luke was going to put Cassie over his family and now it didn't seem as much of a shock that Bo was leaving.
  20. Cooter sighed and shook his head, hugging his girlfriend close and resting his chin on top of her head. "I tried ta convince Bo to come to his senses and stay and try and work things out with Cassie but....god the things he was sayin' about Luke....how Luke ain't the same person since Cassie hurt him the last time...how he was frightened and Luke didn't even care....I think Luke really may have broken what he has with Bo this time..."
  21. Cooter sighed and nodded, holding her close. "I know exactly how ya feel....an' I think yer gonna get right into the middle of them again....Bo's decided he ain't stickin' around to wait for Cassie to hurt Luke or him again...he said he's leavin' fer NASCAR....he's gone back to the farm to pack....Luke's with Cassie."
  22. Bo walked down the roads away from the hospital, making sure to stay out of sight. All through the trip there near two weeks ago, he had been able to do nothing but stare at the outside world through the windows of the truck and so he knew exactly where he needed to go....he just had to keep his racing heart rate as low as possible and not get distracted and scared stiff of all the noises around him which was eaisier said than done. At the Duke Farm, the sound of the telephone ringing in the middle of the night could be heard piercing the silence.
  23. Cooter flinched and pouted when Dusty punched his arm, still watching the retreating General Lee before looking back to her with a slight scowl. "Now hang on, in between me findin' out myself an' you turnin' up an' punchin' me, i've had to deal with all kinda things! It ain't that I wasn't gonna tell ya but I've been real busy! Ain't no need to punch me!"
  24. When Bo woke again in the middle of the night, he found himself alone once more in the place his family had put him. Swallowing gently, he sat up in the bed and looked around, wishing his family was in a dark corner sleeping somewhere but still watching over him...only they weren't. He did however notice that his door had been left open, they probably thought he would be under the influence of those drugs for the rest of the night and so had left it as such for easy access and suddenly Bo saw the ray of hope he had been longing to grasp. Now he could escape and get back home where he wanted to be....all he had to do, was stop the fierce pounding his heart had started at the thought of going outside in the dark alone...where anything could happen. But get up he did, and walked slowly to the door, looking around before slinking out of his room and staying in the shadows of the corridors to keep himself covered until he got to the entrance way to the hospital. Unfortunatly, the receptionist was still there and Bo didn't see a way past her....until the phone rang and she answered, engaging in a conversation whereby she turned her back to the doors. Smiling a little and thanking the heavens, Bo slunk past and swiftly disappeared into the night.
  25. The nurse regarded Luke coldly, none to happy about being argued with when she was just doing the job she had been assigned. "Well I'm sorry....but your the ones who sent him here for treatment and this is what it includes. If you don't like it, you shouldn't have put him here in the first place now excuse me." She said as she pushed past the two and left the room.
