"Stall Bo Duke....what mood is he in?" Cooter asked, throwing the rag down.

"Well anytime anyplace you know that buddyroe, what ya need this time?" Cooter asked, leaning against the wall and wiping his hands as he cradled the phone to his ear with his shoulder.

It wasn't long before Cooter picked up the phone, and his cheery voice answered. "You got the Cooter Davenport here, what can I do fer ya?"

Jaime nodded and hurriedly picked up the phone again, dialling Cooter's number for him.

"Or call Cooter in town and get him to distract Bo before Daisy gets there!" Jaime exclaimed, her mind working frantically.

"Call Aunt Daisy on the CB?!" Jaime exclaimed

Jaime looked up at him wide-eyed. "What?!"

So you had more bad times than good but i'm not entirly wrong am I. You did have some good times with her and you just gotta remember them. Sometimes when things are bad, all you can remember is the bad parts of life, you totally over look anything good that may have happened.

Jaime suddenly jerked away and looked up at Luke, swallowing. "Daddy....Bo's sped off to sue the hospital..."

Jaime smiled and hugged Luke close, careful of his leg and making sure she didn't knock him over.

Jaime smiled and nodded "It's fine with me! I...I always wanted a sibiling..."

Jaime swallowed hard, blinking a little. "Wh...you mean....you..."

"But at least he'll be with family! He's a Duke Daddy! You said that all Dukes stick together no matter what!" Jaime exclaimed, tears springing in her eyes again.

Jaime shook her head, her jaw set. "I won't let him be sent to an orphanage when he's got a family that he should be with right here! Its not fair that everyone else has abandoned him and now Bo's doing it too!" She exclaimed, deliberatly leaving out the respectful 'Uncle' title. "Everyone else has abandoned him, I won't let him be abandoned...I know Aunt Daisy will take him in, she wants a child anyway!"

Jaime had to think quickly, and blurted out. "My Aunt Daisy! Please, don't put him in an orphange yet...please..stall them....my Aunt Daisy'll provide for him I know it...please..."

"Oh please...please...he can't go live with strangers...please can't you just overlook it once.." Jaime begged, knowing all the while it was useless but she had to at least feel like she tried.

"I...I'm 16 in a week..." Jaime swallowed hard...she was Troy's only hope...they had to let her do this...although realisitically she knew it couldn't happen...but she couldn't not try....

Jaime swallowed, nodding a little. "I know...i'm...his niece...but he doesn't want Troy...he's already told Troy's doctor that...and...I want to adopt him instead..."

Jaime swallowed softly and coughed a little, putting on as best an adult voice as she could muster. "Hello, my name is Jaime Duke...I'm interested in a little boy that I understand needs a home...Troy?"

Jaime stopped just outside of her room, swallowing a little as she looked to the phone, still unable to believe Bo had done what he had. That was just a little boy of about 7 that Bo was blowing off as if he was nothing...after everything the little boy had been through...Bo still refused to acknowledge him...even after the proof that the little boy was his son... Slowly, the tears stopped and she stepped towards the phone, biting her lip as she picked it up and started to dial in the number of the hospital....

Bo swung back round and faced her, yelling right back. "I am not your Daddy! I never will be as good as Luke or Uncle Jesse alright! In fact, i'm plumb scared to death of taking on what they have over the years! I have never pretended to be as good as them, but lord knows I've tried! I can't handle this right now, so just keep your nose out of it!" With that, he swung his legs into the General and powered away from the farm, speeding towards the town to start the court case against the hospital.

Bo yelled at her, right up close to her. "You don't understand me Jaime, don't even try and pretend you do. Now get lost and find something useful to do other than stand around and try and make everyone see to your way of thinking!" He knew he was being unreasonable somewhere in his head....somewhere deep down he felt really guilty for what he had just said and what he was doing to Troy...but also at that moment in time, Bo Duke was completly and utterly lost and he didn't have a clue what to do about anything. So his answer to problems was to just push them away and carry on with his intended course of action. He side-stepped Jaime, still in a fury and strode more towards the General, wrenching the keys out his pocket.

Sorry I amended up there, it is BB. I got confused between the two lmao. I just watched Grannie Annie. I meant the fatter Davenport cousin with the bushy beard which is BB

It was BB Davenport wasn't it? Because at the start Bo and Luke are racing BB and they buy a beer at the boars nest with the fake money Granny Annie gave them.

Bo glared at her, in no mood to deal with kids at all today...not after everything that had happened. "Don't you poke your nose in too young lady. Go and do your homework or do chores or something and let me deal with my buisness."
