  1. hey Julie, can i give you a few tips?

1: If you hide someone's car so they can't get away, don't tell anyone infront of them where they can find it.

2: MaryAnne is more than likely watching. Not much gets by her, and she did put Alex out as single. I'm sure she's having the time of her life watching Alex squirm. She'll step in if things get out of hand.

  2. Oh if I can't get you chained up, I'm sure I could enlist Brian's help if it means he gets to humiliate you. I'm sure that's an offer he can't refuse.

Brian? What do you say? Help me chain Alex up? I'll let you humiliate the heck outta him when i'm through, (Sides, being chained up would probably humiliate him too).

  3. Actually, the tow chain and rope are for work, and the knife and gun protection and hunting ... though I see what you mean by it could make things interesting... well except for the rifle, unless shooting cans or hunting catches someone's attention.

I could borrow a set of bows and arrows if I wanted to to. You don't practically grow up around the Duke's, get to be best friends with them, and not know how to use one.

  4. *discretely covers gun safe back up that contains Cooter's shot gun and my rifle*

You do got a point there Alex. It can be interesting. I'm sure both Maryanne and Brian carry those items *laughs*

I got a knife and my rifle, and some rope and tow chain, but that's all. Guess I don't qualify...

Shiney jewelery huh? Do little hand cuff earings count? Or rebel earrings? Or even little hearts where teh insides are rebel flags? Or oo, earrings that have little knives, guns, and grenades as pendents? :innocent: Or is he more interested in those dime store handcuffs Boss buys for the hazzard law?

  5. "Hang on Cousin!" Hilery yelled, flooring the accelorator. She was sure they had had enough time to finish setting up.

"Hilery Ann Davenport," Cooter yelled, realizing Hilery was about to jump the creek up the road from the property.

She laughed at him as they soared over the water and landed safely on the other side. "You need to relax cousin." Cooter shot her a dirty look and settled down in his seat.

"I'd relax if it were Bo or Luke driving girly," COoter teased.

"I'm just as good as they are!" THey both couldn't help but to laugh as they pulled into the driveway. "Sorry cousin. Hey why don't you go get a few drinks out of the barn to put in the fridge while I go get lunch started?"

"Sounds good," was his reply as they got out of Jumper. Cooter didn't suspect a thing when he oopened the door.

    "SURPRISE! HAPPY BIRTHDAY COOTER!"

  6. Hilery Davenport couldn’t help but to grin as Rosco P. Coltrane pulled out from behind a billboard. All was going as planned.

"Hil, I told you to slow down ‘cause of Rosco!"

"Sorry Cooter. You know how I like a good car chase with the sheriff." He couldn’t help but to smile at his younger cousin. Ordinarily, he’d have done the same thing himself, but he did want to get home and kick back for lunch. It was his birthday after all.

"All right Hilery! Pull it on over. You were going 65 in a

    45. Khee."

Hilery grabbed her CB mic, laughing. "Sorry Sheriff, I seen that flip sign you had set up."

"Oh! Prove it!" Cooter couldn’t help but to join her laughter at that.

"Hil, give me the mic." She did as she was asked without question. "She don’t gotta, you just did!" With Cooter on the CB, she could focus on driving.

Now folks, if you’re wondering why Hilery doesn’t want to loose Rosco and take Cooter home so he can get some R and R while she fixes lunch, well, she and some others had planned a surprise party for Cooter for his birthday. Of course, she was naturally the pick to keep him busy while the Duke’s and other Davenport’s set up the party. Her cousins had elected her because Luke Duke was at the party helping to set up, and let’s face it: Hilery was the only girl in the family not interested in him. No one knew it was because she secretly had a thing for Bo instead.

"Well folks, there’s our signal. They’ll be here soon." Daisy called out, walking into the barn from the house.

"Much obliged Daisy. How’s this banner looking?" Luke asked.

"Bo, you need to lift your side up a little sugar."

"Thanks Daisy. I still can’t believe Hil came up with the idea of using Rosco to signal us to hurry up," Bo laughed.

Ya know, that is pretty slick.

"Yeah, now hopefully we can get the girls to stop oggling Luke’s behind and focus on finishing up." Daisy winked at Luke and pointed her head to the other end of the barn.

(Cue Dixie, BL, or Lori Davenport.)

*note: this story idea was previously agreed on between the four of us. ;)

  7. I'm sure I'll find out eventually. You know our family is known for being sneeky. Sides, I doubt y'all can hide it from me forever. Someone'll slip, I'm sure of it.

Also, Any of my dear Davenport cousin's interested in hitting the chat rooms, let's say, we all meet up at the boars nest? Or better yet, let's hit the Garage.

  8. I believe there was amentioning of that in 'Repo Men,' but i'm not sure if it was that ep or not. I believe Murphy's law is if something can go wrong, it will.

There was another scene in an ep where Bo and Luke are talking and neither of them know who Murphy of Murphy's law was. I can't remember exactly how it went, but it was on of their more nieve moments in my own opinion. It was a cute scene.

  9. Uh, what ws mufn doing with that particular button? More importantly, who was the numbnut who trusted her with it?

Hmm, Jackolanterns? That's not a too bad of an idea... just where are y'all gonna find a couple of pumpkins that big? HOw about we save soem money and put a couple of deely bobs on their heads and send them out as glowbugs?

Oh, Did I mention I'm back, yet again, for the millionth time havin' disappeared. I got me a nice home too. I'm doing much better than i was.

Oh and Alex... I don't know if this is teh couple of sips i've had of my drink or what talking, but that avatar you got is HOT.:-o

  10. Ok, then please forgive me for my earlier outburst. I'm sorry. I've just been under a ton of stress. Kinda hard when you just moved into a shelter run by the salvation army and it's falling apart.

Yeah, i'm willing to believe that is Brian's own catalogue. Maybe he bought it to find stuff for the Doc and to throw alex into a tizzy? ;)

  11. Dude, I was just saying something cause we all know how it is when folks get carried away with something.

Now could we please get back to our regularly scheduled program? Whether anyone realizes it or not, I was enjoyin' myself, i just wanted to give a reality check there for a sec. I would like to spend my last day with a roof over my head havin' fun and watching you guys cause trouble. I don't know when I'll be back, or how long i'll be gone or anything like that. Now please, let's return to our regularly scheduled program.

  12. I agree with you Daney, however most users are probably at least 13, and most parents have parental controls that prevent most kids from viewing a forum unless they are atleast 13.

With taht being said, today a public forum online that is considered a family site, should try to keep things at least to a pg-13 level.

Sides, you can see folks getting beaten with night sticks in many documentaries about the 1960's during the equal rights movement, not to mention them being sprayed with high presssure fire hoses and all that. Shoot, most cartoons are more violent than someone getti'n beaten with a night stick.

  13. is it me, or does those pics brian put up look a little risque for a family site (not that i really care, it's just that someone needs to be responsible and speak up)? Not to spoil anyone's fun of course. Mufn? MaryAnne? Y'all agree with me? Anyone? *blushes, knowing someone is gonna be mad or upset at me*
