I've got quite a bit going on:
1- 90% done with a Hazzard Garage (Cooters) for Colt to play with
2-Built a barn to replace our lack of one on the Barnbusters toy set. 
3-75% done with a Mean Green Machine ($1 store jeep/legos/cardboard/foam/etc)
4-Finally found a Martin Cougar Compound bow that's Left Handed (because I shoot archery lefty) to semi-replicate Luke's Bow.

This is THE most amazing thing I've ever seen since I've been on the HazzardNet.
What amazing talent you have!

This project is like peeling back an onion with the amount of details- every time I get one layer done, I noticed another layer of things in the same pictures I've been staring at for 5 years.  Its weird what you DON'T see when you are looking for something specific.  I just noticed the other day that the back door has a door closer thingy at the top.  After doing a quick google search for some reference, I find it is in fact called a 'door closer', and the one in question is a 'vintage' style.  Its one of those every day objects we've all seen a thousand times in our life, but never focused on.  Fortunately for me, a 'vintage door closer' is shaped awfully similar to a piece of plastic model kit sprue in 1/25 scale!
 
Then there are the fan belts: turns out that 1/25 fan belts are pretty much identical to small hair 'elastics' (discovered thanks to my two daughters!).  The bad news: they only had rainbow colored ones.  The good news: found a package of 500 in black at the dollar store for... one dollar.  Felt a little weird buying them as they are apparently made for African-American folks' hair, so I got a coke and some peanuts to draw attention away from it.

The original toy barn had shingles, but all the roofs around here are tin so I made it my way. 
 

So we had a BarnBuster play set...but no barn. Some foam board, glue, craft sticks, cardboard, scotch tape, and some crayons and .....TA-DAH !

 

You're welcome but I had nothing to do with giving you a place. HazzardNet is 100% Meadowmufn. I am truly not exaggerating when I say you are an amazing artist and your talents seem superhuman to me. Even if your art was not Dukes related I would feel the same way. We are really lucky to have you here. Despite Flint's last post there are not enough explanation points in the world to describe our WOWs!!!

Ok, I finished up The Mean Green Machine. I used legos, foam board, an old film canister, and the chassis of another Dollar Tree jeep. 
Que weird Mean Green Machine music......how many of y'all can hear it in your head ?
 
 

This Is really awesome....and yes I do now have the music in my head....LOL. I see there's no gun sticking out through the opening so I guess we're all safe for the moment at least.
