1 pointAnd forgot to mention last week I sold a house I don't own . I got a message from the niece of this one lady I mowed a lawn for that passed away over the summer. They left a key with me in case of emergency since they all live a few hours away. The niece managed to sell some items and needed me to open the house so the buyers could get the items. The last couple that showed up also asked about the house that was next door because it had a for sale sign. I was honest and told them it needed a total gut renovation. Then I mentioned the house they were standing in was for sale also. Then I played realtor and took them on a tour of the house. They made an offer to the niece and the family accepted.1 point
