Folks in hazzardnet could use some extra good vibes today. A house came back on the market and if things line up we will put an offer in today. We like it from the pics on Zillow and it has a nice size lot and in a quiet safe neighborhood. Man keep telling myself not to get my hopes but dang if they aren't since this one ticks most of the boxes on our list.1 point
