We used to take Buttermilk and make biscuits from scratch. You put in the flour, and mix in all the ingredients and some Buttermilk and....WOW! A great tasting biscuit....like sausage and biscuits, etc..... -
Do you mean biscuits as in biscuits and gravy, because if you do we don't have them here. They seem to be a US and Canada thing. The nearest we have are scones, which tend to be sweet and often contain dried fruit. What we call biscuits are what you guys call cookies.

Same here! That's how I came to like it. In second grade the teacher asked who likes Buttermilk and everybody's like ugh! ...and I was the only one to raise my hand!
