  1. Okay I have to disagree with you guys here, because I've never had the problem you've been having. When you go to facebook.com it'll ask you for a first and last name, an email or phone number, then a password, birthday, and then male/female. If you just used the name Roger Duke as your first and last it shouldn't be a problem. I have two accounts one under my real name and the other under Lizzy Jackson. My Lizzy Jackson account has never pressed me for a town, workplace, different name, or school or anything like that. Sure it asks me to update my information but all you do is click the close
  2. From what I understand most county cops don't have jurisdiction in cities with their own police force. Since Hazzard, the town, doesn't have it's own cops Rosco is the police enforcement for there as well but it could be different for colonial city. I know when I'm in Cincinnati that I don't have to worry too much about the county cops because Cinci has it's own police force. Though technically it's within their county they city police has first authority. Where I live in a named town, which is more of a collection of streets than an actual town, when we had a traffic accident, the county
  3. If you click the new posts button at the top it should give you a page with a couple of sections on the left hand side. The first one: By content type tells you which kind of content you want: Forums, Members, Gallery, Pages, and Calendar. And then if you click on one it'll give you either two or three more ways to sort the kind of new post you're looking for. For me, I keep it set on Forums and New since my last visit. Try this and it may give you different results. Perhaps the filters you have set there are no new posts since then.
  4. So for those of you that don't already know the Quicken Loans Race for Hero's 500 from Phoenix ended like this: http://www.nascar.com/en_us/sprint-cup-series/standings/results/2015/quicken-loans-race-for-heroes-500.html Which left Jeff Gordon, Kevin Harvick, Kyle Busch, and Martin Truex Jr. in the race for the championship. They said he couldn't do it, most people find it unfair that he did do it, but in the end Kyle Busch overcame the Improbable odds and won the Championship. The race for the chase championship results from Homestead-Miami raceway are posted here: http://www.nascar.co
  5. Okay back to Nascar. The first race of the eliminator round I only heard the last ten or so laps on the radio. However it was also a first. Well the first time Jeff Gordon won all year. All these commercials that I keep seeing keep saying one more start, one more race for him and I'm like he still has two more races before the end of the season but whatever. Results for the Goody's Headache Relief Shot 500 from Martinsville are: http://www.nascar.com/en_us/sprint-cup-series/standings/results/2015/goodys-headache-relief-shot-500.html The race from this past Sunday, I saw like the last 30 la

Moving on to the Eliminator round are: 1) Joey Logano 2) Kevin Harvick 3) Martin Truex Jr. 4) Jeff Gordon 5) Brad Keslowski 6) Carl Edwards 7) Kurt Busch 8) Kyle Busch Next week it's on to the Goody's Headache Relief Shot 500 on Nov 1st, at 1:15 ET on NBCSN.
  7. So last night it just wouldn't stop raining in Charlotte so they postponed it to Sunday at Noon. Pretty quiet day over all with mostly one car accidents bringing out the cautions. Bad days for Jimmy Johnson and Matt Kenseth. Kenseth couldn't stay away from the wall and got into it hard a few times eventually taking it to the garage after leading over 100 laps at the beginning of the race. Johnson on the other hand broke his engine, though I wasn't quite sure how and lost an oil belt taking him out 60 or 70 laps to go. Also hard day for Dale Jr. He was another one who couldn't stay away f
  8. Okay, time for another update. The Bojangles' Southern 500 from Darlington: http://www.nascar.com/en_us/sprint-cup-series/standings/results/2015/bojangles-southern-500.html The Federated Auto Parts 400 from Richmond: http://www.nascar.com/en_us/sprint-cup-series/standings/results/2015/federated-auto-parts-400.html Which left the standings: 1) Jimmy Johnson 2) Kyle Busch 3) Matt Kenseth 4) Joey Logano 5) Kevin Harvick 6) Dale Earnhardt Jr 7) Kurt Busch 8) Carl Edwards 9) Brad Keselowski 10) Martin Truex Jr 11) Denny Hamlin 12) Jamie McMurray 13) Jeff Gordon 14) Ryan Newman 15) Paul Menard
  9. That's probably what I was thinking about. Probably just got two episodes confused. Though part of me was thinking he was a running back for some reason or other.
  10. There's an episode where Waylon says something about Bo being on the high school football team. I think they were training for something or other but I really have no clue. I was thinking it's in the episode where Luke fights Catfish but it's not since I just saw that one. Am I making this up or was it actually in an episode?
  11. Okay time to update again. The Brickyard 400 from Indianapolis: http://espn.go.com/racing/raceresults/_/series/sprint/raceId/201507260012 The Windows 10 400 from Pocono: http://espn.go.com/racing/raceresults/_/series/sprint/raceId/201508020011 Cheez-it 355 from Watkins Glen: http://espn.go.com/racing/raceresults/_/series/sprint/raceId/201508090013 Pure Michigan 400 from Michigan (obviously): http://espn.go.com/racing/raceresults/_/series/sprint/raceId/201508160006 And finally last week's race Irwin Tools Night Race from Bristol: http://espn.go.com/racing/raceresults/_/series/sprint/r
  12. But it wasn't his fault he had to sit out 1/3 of the races. It was Nascar's fault. If they had put safer barrier all around the race track it never would have happened. Yes I know he's taking a risk by getting behind the wheel but it's up to Nascar to make sure the tracks and the cars are as safe as they can be. Anywhere that a car traveling more than 100 miles per hour can hit a wall that wall should be reinforced to absorb most of the hit.
  13. Uh, well because no one else posted it here are the results for the New Hampshire 301 http://espn.go.com/racing/raceresults/_/series/sprint/raceId/201507190010 Once again Kyle Busch won. That makes this fan very happy. For anyone keeping track he is currently 33rd in points and 58 points behind 30th in the standings. There are only 7 more races until the chase so he'll have to keep performing well to make it. Next week (and I mean this coming Sunday) the 26th it's on to the Brickyard 400 from Indianapolis Speedway in Indiana once again on NBCSN at 3:30 Eastern.
  14. The Quaker State 400 from Kentucky under the lights. For this race Nascar made a change to the rear spoiler and shortened the height. Drivers had been complaining that with the tall spoiler there was no downforce or grip when they were behind another car. With a shorter one there is more grip and drivers can use it to slingshot around. The first caution at lap 19: the 98 of Josh Wise and the 23 of JJ Yeley got together and sent the 98 into the wall. Little bit of damage but nothing big. Since it was before the competition caution at lap 32 the cars that wanted to could come in and make adj
  15. So incase anyone was wondering (I guess we've all been slacking on this) here are links to the results from every race between the all star race and last week's race at Daytona. 17. This is the crazy finnish they're talking about. My opinion, don't race the No. 3 car at Dayton. It happened shortly after 3 in the morning on the east coast.
  18. Anyone who followed the 2014 Nascar results and review thread last year will know I'm a huge fan of Kyle Busch and was majorly disappointed when he hit the wall in the Xfinity race and was sidelined. News came out today, nearly three months later, and confirmed that Kyle will return to racing starting May 16th for the All-Star race after being medically cleared. This girl is excited, barring the fact that I'll miss the race for a Red's baseball game.
  19. So the Spongebob Squarepants 400 just ended and it was yet another plagued by rain. The first 98 laps had a total of three cautions: I missed the first one, the second was a competition caution thrown by Nascar, and the third was a single car spin, after that the race was delayed by 2 hours and 16 minutes for rain. The next four cautions, totaling nine in the whole race, were one to two cars spinning and bumping and hitting the wall. Nothing real major to report. Martin Truex Jr lead the most laps tonight at 95 laps and speaking of laps lead, with 15 laps to go Kevin Harvick has lead 1,0
  20. Drivers, or their crew, poke miniscule holes in their tires to do what is known as "bleeding". It allows air to slowly leak out improving grip and giving them an advantage. Ryan Newman was found guilty of this. His crew chief has been fined 125,000 and has been suspended for six races.
  21. UPDATE: The Delaware Department of Justice issued a statement Thursday morning stating that they have cleared Kurt Busch and he will not face criminal charges in the alleged domestic abuse case. Nascar however has stated that they will not reinstate them until he completes their terms and conditions for reinstatement. They refused to tell the press what those conditions were just that Busch agreed to them and that there was no timetable for the end of these conditions. There is also no indication as to if he will return to the No. 41 car this year. Busch on the other said he was glad to be cle
  22. update: According to @AccessAllNascar on twitter as of about five minutes ago Kyle is out of surgery and in stable condition. Also it's a compound fracture of the right lower leg and a mid-foot fracture of his left foot in the accident. - See more at: http://www.catchfence.com/2015/sprintcup/02/21/statement-joe-gibbs-racing-regarding-injury-status-kyle-busch/?utm_campaign=twitter_tweet&utm_medium=twitter&utm_source=twitter#sthash.MukWkaM0.dpuf
  23. Am I missing something? There doesn't seem to be a link or even a description of the real life crime you're asking about.
  24. You're right we don't agree and we probably never will. I don't like the fact that Jeff started the fight and what he called Brad on live tv. I thought he was better that. Everyone interprets events differently. I don't think Nascar should get involved and like I said I think had it been anyone but Brad people wouldn't come down so hard on that driver. They would have called it an accident and moved on. But because it's Brad Keslowski, who is 30 years old and has only been racing Nascar Sprint cup for SIX years. SIX compared to Jeff's 21 years in the Sprint Cup. I'm not defending what Brad di
