Skipper Duke Posted January 5, 2022 Report Posted January 5, 2022 You know how everyone is so easily offended by things these days? Waylon Jennings made a joke about it a long time back before it got this way. In live versions of Mommas Don't Let Your Babies Grow Up To Be Cowboys he reversed the lyric to "Mommas Don't Let Your Cowboys Grow Up To Be Babies" lol. Very accurate to how things are these days. Bout that joking lyric reversal: What did WJ know that we didn't? Seems like he knew at that time how things would end up. Kait_Tucker and RogerDuke 1 1 Quote

RogerDuke Posted January 6, 2022 Report Posted January 6, 2022 I know what you mean Skipper. Society is making it politically incorrect to be a tough guy. This won't be good in the long run. Spike, Skipper Duke and Kait_Tucker 2 1 Quote

Something I learned about political correctness (I didn't capitalize it since it's so stupid), is that eventually it will collapse under the weight of its own ridiculousness.
