Well, the General didn't even have turn signals on the front part of the car as they were usually cover with bondo or something so 68 and 69 Charger front fenders could be used interchangeably. I do however remember seeing the rear turn signal light up in one of the two Reunion movies, or was it the full brake light?

Considering their driving and jumping, it's also surprising how few people wore seat belts. They were only regularly worn by people traveling in Dixie, and Flash when she was told to :).

HA!!! HA!! HA!!!  This sounds just like the place I live in! NOBODY uses turn signals, stop signs and stop lights are optional and nobody even knows rear view mirrors exist! ( They will turn right over in front of you !!)
