He was ATF Agent Fred from Chicago who helped clear out the Hagg's still by helping set charges that blew it up.

I wasn't sure if Roger meant Ben Jones as the Chicago Federal Agent or Bill Gribble as Cooter Pettigrew.

HossC... Bill was one of the FBI Agents in Daisy's Song too. Agent Carson I think.

I think Carson was Jessi Colter's manager, but his name is never mentioned in the dialogue. They weren't very good at crediting people in the Georgia episodes!
