Shaking his head gently, he closed his eyes a little...he was so tired of talking...so tired of arguing, so tired of spilling out feelings he didnt want to and holding back feelings he wished he could show. On one level he could understand what Cassie was saying...some days he just wanted to shake Luke and tell him to get over it and move on...but the difference was he would never ever do it. Cassie on the other hand, was completly capable from what he remembered. There was very little that ever stopped her speaking her mind...especially when it came to Luke.

Bo sighed softly as she did that, hanging his head a moment before gently pulling away and taking her hands in his own.

"I can't do that Sammy...I got too much to worry about...and you shouldn't be doing this anyway..."

"Well....we dont know for certain yet and...Sammy after Sara I can't take any chances....I dont know how Luke's doing it but if I lost you there's no way I could keep on goin'...I just couldn't..."

He admitted softly, always having been the more emotional of the two. He suspected because of Luke's always tough resiliance to giving up and showing emotion, it had helped him greatly through everything....Bo didn't have that power one iota.

Sammy turned his head to look at her. "Ain't nothin' gonna happen. What happened with Sara was a tragedy...it's not gonna happen to me," she said softly planting gentle kisses on his forehead and temple.

Bo nodded a little, thankful for that as he held his wife close. Even when they were seperated only for a few hours he missed her and his children...going to NASCAR and earning the money the family needed...although fun, his dream, what he\'d always wanted to do....it was torture for him to be away.

Sammy shook her head cupping Bo's cheek in her hand and looked at him lovingly. "Snot yer fault baby," she said softly. "It's just the way things are. You and I have been here with Luke...we know when to talk...when not to...Cassie...she...," She thought a moment. "In a lot of ways she's like a little kid...she hasn't learned the art of holding her tongue...and Enos well...you know how he is...he's just a big softie...and doesn't like anyone to hurt...it wasn't your fault..."

\"I\'m not totally not to blame Sammy....my tempers been way to close to the surface recently and...I just keep lashing out at anyone who so much as brushes against it the wrong way...\"

Bo admitted gently, with a soft sigh.

Sammy nodded a little. "You're right about that...it takes two to argue. But it's ok. Things have a way of working out. It's not even been that long since you were home this time... you haven't really gotten a chance to just relax for a long while," she addded softly. "That'd be enough to make anyone on edge."
